Great company great quality items that arrive quickly

I’ve ordered a few times now from Betty Bramble and have been impressed with both the clothing and customer service. The hoodies and sweatshirts I’ve bought are staple items in my wardrobe, they’re good quality, well designed and bright colours. Whenever I’ve had to contact customer services they have been responsive and helpful. I’ve only had queries about delivery etc. no issues.

Fabulous homegrown company producing excellent products. Uniquely designed organic cotton tee shirts, so comfortable to wear and wash beautifully. I love the Betty Bramble ethos too! So good to support a small business whose products are so lovely!

The T-shirts that I purchased were nice but both have got holes in them only a few months after purchasing. This isn’t great so I’ve used a web form to contact them and also followed up with an email and not had a response! I’m not looking for a refund just an acknowledgment and a chance for them to put this right, to think about buying better quality T-shirts.

Follow-up I received a reply offering me a discount off a future purchase. Increased to 3 stars

Ordered the recommended size (14-16) and could just about get the sweatshirt over my head. Sizing is way off and left me feeling quite deflated about my shape. Brought at a discounted price but still don't think it was worth the sale price as the quality wasn't amazing. Tried to support a UK small biz but sending item back - sadly, I wouldn't buy again - item had that cheap feel about it.

Love the t shirt, super comfy and great for summer.

Betty Bramble have a beautiful range of unique, quirky clothes. They are excellent quality and good value. The sweatshirts and hoodies are warm and comfy with lovely soft fleece inner. Delivery is quick.

There is nothing not to love about Betty Bramble. It's one of my favourite small businesses. The customer service is first class, any queries are answered quickly. The products, which are mainly sweatshirts and t shirts are excellent quality. Printed to order to reduce waste.
I have a vast Betty Bramble collection, the items wash and wear incredibly well. I always enjoy a wander around the website (which is so easy to navigate) to see what's new what's on offer, etc ..

Found Betty Bramble recently and have bought a few t-shirts over the last few months. Great service, fast delivery and the t-shirts are lovely. Fabric is so nice and soft and the designs are unique to what you would buy in the high street. Wash up lovely too. Whenever I wear a Betty Bramble
t-shirt I get asked where I bought it and compliments on how nice it is.

I love to purchase from small businesses and I know they are a little more than expensive but it's the personal touch for me. The material for t shirts is far better than others I have purchased and I don't mind paying the extra. I'm at the menopausal age so I'm getting use to sizing again. If you like fitted go for your size. If you want a little looser go up and unfortunately I've gone up another size this time to 16 knowing it won't be tight around the tummy.. Hope this helps
