Inexperienced vet with cats
I suggest you to find vet folks who know how to handle with cats. Two ladies werent able to catch my cats. They scared my cats away by showing blanket or a bag. This is NOT stress-free. I had to pay the price that they didnt check on my cats physically, but looking at. She wanted me to order rx to calm cats down. Clearly, she doesnt know how to handle the cats, period.

Great Experience!
Dr. Tunison was attentive, understanding, and very caring. This was my first time using a mobile vet service. My little guy has a hard time with anxiety since he lost his eyesight last year. This service provided quality care right at home in a comfortable environment which was less stressful for both of us. Definitely will use again.

Phenomenal in-home veterinary care
The service provided by BetterVet was fantastic! Most impressed with their immediate response to my appointment request. Concerned with the symptoms I listed in the intake form, the Vet texted me and offered to see our pet same day. Upon arrival, we learned that the mobile unit carries medication for common issues. The Vet was able to provide us prescription medications in-home thereby eliminating a trip to the pharmacy which sped up
getting pain relief started for our furbaby. By the next day, he was feeling better!
I subscribed to one of the BetterVet wellness plans for future treatment. Very affordable options for our senior dog. Overall A+ service!

It was my first time with home vet visit for my anxious, spicy kitty and it went very well. Dr, Tunison and technician Lexi were very competent with their services and efficiency.

Ideal vet experience for my 3 cats.
I wasn’t sure how a home visit would go but it was ideal for our three cats. The doctor and assistant arrived exactly when they said they would, they carefully listened to our concerns and took the time to explain their philosophy behind their recommendations.
Our cats were completely unphased by the experience. Just like having company over. A huge improvement from having to get all three into their carriers and deal with traffic and share waiting rooms dogs.
The doctor followed up with care plans via emails and billing was a breeze. The only reason I’ll set foot in a clinic again is for an emergency.

BetterVet did a great job with my cat…
BetterVet did a great job with my cat who hates veterinarians. When I’ve taken her into our brick and mortar vet even on gabapentin, and she still lungs at the vet and attacks them and can’t be thoroughly examined. The best we get is she gets her shots while the vet has to wear leather gloves to protect themselves. With BetterVet, she doesn’t get all stressed out, and they are the only ones who have been able to examine her without her being completely sedated. Communication was great both before and after visit. Vet and vet tech were both awesome and caring. I will definitely continue to use them for my kitty.

The Drs were so kind and gentle with my cat. And after his exam he didn't go hide like I thought he would he just sat by me and watched them as we talked showing that he wasn't scared. This cat that has bitten out of fear at the regular vet was calm! The vets were very thorough and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely use them again.

Better Vet Mobile service meets the needs of skittish cats!
The Veterinarian (and Assistant) went above and beyond in problem-solving and effort to meet the needs of my unsocialized cats. I felt understood, and supported. And not criticized for my cluttered home.

Great doctor. Highly recommend
It really was a good visit. So much easier in our dogs home environment where the doctor could watch him, work with him to see what was injured, offer suggestions for making his senior years easier. No stress on him or us. They were thorough and took their time as well. Not rushed at all.
