Delivery and packaging were great. Quality and colour are also good.
The footless tights I ordered are far too long in the leg. I can hide it under long boots but not with shoes, the extra length all gathers at the ankles.

Very disappointed.
My tights looked very threadbare after 3 wears - the company response was that the 30 deniers don't last well past 3 wears, considering the price I think that's a very flimsy excuse.

I'll be avoiding this company from now on

The bra is not a bra as it offers no support. It is soft and comfy and will be nice as a short vest to wear in bed.

The socks felt very cheap.

In terms of the brusque reply, it doesn't state this when you click on the seamless bra in the sale.

I just looked and it does state it if you click on the non sale bras, but I went straight to the sale.

Found the whole experience sizing, colour choice, ordering very easy. Packaging eco friendly & prompt arrival. Not worn yet but they feel gorgeous. Bought before so know they are so so comfortable. Thank you 'Better Tights'.

I ordered from the site, it arrived quickly and well packaged. The tights however were not what I was looking for upon opening.

I was worried to contact in as you never know if a company will refuse to take products back but customer services were brilliant, they organized a free returns and full refund and were super polite about it.

Although I didn't keep the product.. If you have any hesitations then just know that customer services are genuine, kind and helpful. As a company they seem to be all about the customer and not just about moneymoneymoney.

Good value for money love my tights will certainly buy again

Firstly, I love that Better Tights did not pester me for a review, but I sought this page out especially to leave a good one. I ordered the black socks similar to the usual black "pop socks" that have been strangling my poor legs for about 40 years. What a relief! They are so stretchy and yet they don't fall down and stay at the height you choose to wear them all day long, causing no discomfort and looking sleek and beautiful. Thank you Better Tights.

I like good tights , nice bright colours and footless !! I always buy from another company , and there tights are perfect they last for ages wash well and don't Snag or ladder .
When I came across better tights I thought , how can these be better , I must buy and see just how much better they are ... Well they aren't better , put them on today , they feel nice ✓ fit well ✓ but then for no reason I have two holes and ladders . On the first day I wear them . Not worth the money I paid and really disappointed ☹️

So I normally buy my tights from another well known company but decided to try Better tights to see if they are actually better. They're not.
My tights laddered halfway through the day for no obvious reason. They also just didn't feel as soft or stretchy as my usual brand.

These are not only wonderful tights but very lovely company to deal with. When there was an issue with delivery, Daisy was quick to sort it out for me with no fuss. Thank you so much.

Also, there's no discrimination for being a masculine male customer. Unlike some of their competitors, who's mantra must be: Sorry No Alternative Gender.

Heaven for larger ladies. I have bought tights in the past which I wear and wash and wear again and again, never had such long lasting tights and the most comfortable I have ever worn.
This time I tried the pants, I put them on this morning and it was like putting on a comfortable pair of slippers. I will be ordering more. They are seamless which is nice. I am a size 24 I bought 22-26 and the fit is spot on. I also bought bamboo socks which I haven't tried yet but I am sure they will be just as good. Well done Better Tights keep up the good work.

Beautiful, soft yet very well made tights that fit me perfectly.

I cannot comment on the quality of the actual tights as I never received them (Order from 7 April). My experience with customer service was incredibly poor and I was told to check myself with dhl to find out what happened. No refund was offered so I lost my money. Will stick to that other company which has brilliant customer service.

Edit: After opening a case, the money was finally refunded to me by Paypal.

[SECOND UPDATE (August 2/24)] Happily, I've changed my rating to 4 stars (from the 2 stars I originally posted) and would give a 4.5 star rating if I could. Daisy is a credit to the company for her personal attention, diligence, and genuine care for the customer experience. I do still have some criticisms regarding a few of the products (a couple manufacturing flaws, and sizing issues) but whereas these normally would have caused me to shop elsewhere, Daisy's customer care will have me returning to better tights, knowing that any issues will be corrected promptly and easily. She even kept in touch during her own holiday time, which shows how much she cares for both the company and its customers. Daisy is very receptive to product feedback and has promised to pass it along to the relevant department(s), so hopefully better tights will correct the few little flaws & glitches and will have amazing products across the board. Very satisfied and will definitely be a repeat buyer.

[UPDATE (June 12/24) Daisy has been corresponding with me and has been great so far. Further update(s) to come as we work through the issues.]

I just received my first order today! I ordered 10 items; a mix of anti-chafing shorts, fishnets, sheers, and tights, the ones for myself all in size Cinque.

PROS: The quality and colours are both really great, as was the frequent & consistent communication during shipping until delivery. The anti-chafing shorts are just all-over fantastic.

CONS (several I'm afraid):
[1] Sizing is widely inconsistent: while the 50 & 80 denier tights, the sheers, and the anti-chafing shorts fit nicely, the 80 denier footless tights are way too big and the white fishnets are too small, even though they're all in size 'Cinque'. The fishnets actually feel like they're from a different company, the size & design is *that* off.

[2] I was charged an extra >$22.00 at the door, without forewarning; additional charges aren't mentioned anywhere on the website (and didn't occur when I recently placed an order of greater value from Snag Tights).
Extra charges should DEFINITELY be mentioned on the website.

[3] I've recently emailed better tights (regarding a second potential order) with a very specific problem. I received a timely reply (yay) but it felt like an AI-generated answer as it only vaguely addressed my concern and didn't make an attempt to rectify it.
When I combine that experience with receiving no replies to fb & Instagram comments (questions) on better tights' posts, and no response to inquiries via fb Messages, I'd say that customer service is quite poor, unfortunately. [EDIT: within 24 hours of leaving this review I received an answer to the fb Messages query I sent several weeks ago, plus a code for free shipping. The answer came far too late, though the shipping code is appreciated].

For those reasons I feel a 2-star rating is the best I can give at the moment; even though the quality and colours are wonderful, my experience as a customer and the extra hidden charges left me feeling frustrated and that, even for the very good product, it just isn't worth enduring shabby treatment.
I'm not happy writing this, as I was hoping I'd found my 'forever' tights store!

Great company who rival Snag perfectly, I now use Better Tights over snag as the quality is better, the toes last longer and their underwear is fantastic, the knickers are brilliant for quality and fit.

I've made several.order for tights from this company. The value for money is better than all plus size shops. The fit is better and range of tights available will suit everyone. The chub rub shorts changed my life last year. They are thin, they don't feel like you're wearing an extra layer. They don't roll up your legs. They are FANTASTIC.
Placed a new order in April, the package never made it to me, sent an email to their enquiries address and within 12 hours I had an apology, my full order reposted at no cost to me. There was no long drawn out process.
I can't recommend this company enough 💖
