Easy, professional

I had an appointment for a COVID-19 test.
They were efficient and I didn’t have to wait long. The test wasn’t bad at all! I got the rapid test and had my results in 25 minutes!
It was easy and painless! I would go there again in a heartbeat!

We were pleased with the service BetterMed provided. The associates were knowledgeable, prompt and courteous, and followed up on my son's test results. The facility was clean, and there was ample parking.

I was very impressed with the organization and professionalism of the staff.
They were very thorough and polite.

My daughter had a red itchy eye and I thought she needed drops for pink eye. “McKool” did a thorough examination with drops and an ultraviolet light to realize it wasn’t pink eye but a scratch in her eye. So glad she went.

Everyone was courteous and respectful and I basically did not have to wait to be seen. Most importantly, I received excellent care! Thanks!!

Outstanding service. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. Somebody should take everyone out for happy hour. They deserve it!

I have never been to Better Med before so of course going to a new place, especially during the pandemic, gave me a fair amount of pause. BUT, the team there was amazing. Fast, efficient, courteous, and I'll certainly be back. WELL DONE!!!

During this time of stressful Covid 19 risks, the personnel of BetterMet were very helpful and attentive to my needs.

As far as going to the doctor this was about the best visit I have ever had. Everyone from my check in to check out has obviously had great customer service / caring training.

I had a Great experience there at Bettermed for my Covid-19 test. Everyone was kind and considerate.

The medical staff was courteous and helpful. The front end staff was a bit short tempered, (meaning it was evident she catches herself being rude), and not really customer service oriented.
I did have to wait over 40 minutes for 15 minute results but hey it is what it is.

I was initially mind-blown by the sheer incompetence of the front desk associate... she asked me for my date of birth, i told her, then she sat there blankly for quite some time and asked me “um what number month is July?” I literally almost turned around and walked out - and i would have, if I hadnt been there a few weeks prior and had a wonderful experience with the nursing staff and physician/PA. She mentioned being a “floater” so she usually doesnt work there - and I thought to myself, thank god. Other than my encounter with the girl at the front desk, my visit was great. Both the nurse and PA who tended to me were incredibly kind and professional. I’d recommend vetting out your administrative staff more closely, as to not scare away future patients.

My husband & myself needed to get covid test 5 days before our daughters out of town wedding. We needed a rapid test, this location had a cancelation & was very understanding of our need. The young lady at the desk was very professional & polite. We were very appreciative of their service.

I was very pleased with the Proffesional and Rapid Service.
