Frechheit so etwas zu verkaufen!! Schrott!!

I was about to order these hearing aids because they sound like the new AI latest brand plus I checked with Scam Watch to make sure that this company was legit and they are so I thought okay I'll order them and then my gut said check some reviews first, and here I am reading so many bad reviews, thank you everyone for your reviews. This company should be reported to Australia's ACCC. I will be informing Scam Watch

I ordered the basic hearing aid ($99)then upgraded my order to the better one ($297). I received the first one. They charged my card for $297. I didn't get an email that it was shipped. I didn't receive it. I contacted them several times regarding this. The most I got was to track the shipment, but I had no tracking information. I haven't heard from them recently.

I ordered hearing aids from better hearing, when I didn't receive them I looked at my credit card statement to make sure they got the payment sure enough there it was they were paid for the aids but I have never received them still waiting to hear from them or get the aids, at this point the only thing I can say is be smart check reviews and reliability of the company before you order, from the ads I read they appeared to be a great company didn't think the people talking about them were probably actors to give high grade reviews about them. I am still waiting on the order and I have my copy of my statement where they were paid I am giving another weeks if I haven't heard from or gotten my order then zi will be contacting someone to get some results, it's a shame when someone makes their living off of seniors who worked all their lives to be taken advantage of by a bunch of lazy thieves

I ordered hearing aids from BetterHearing by OzziHome, having viewed the introductory video and with an understanding they could be returned for a refund if they were not suitable. Unfortunately, the hearing aids would not fit into my ears and were thus of no use to me. I advised the vendor that I wished to return them. I then received a number of e mails that disregarded my comments and made other offers. Eventually I received details of the return procedure advising me that the aids should be returned to their warehouse in China for inspection and that I was responsible for the delivery cost and custom duties. As an alternative, I was offered a reduced refund to keep the aids. At this point I began to doubt whether I would get a full refund anyway and not wanting the hassle or cost of returning the aids to China, I accepted a refund much less than the original cost. I am left out of pocket by nearly £70 and in possession of aids that are of no use to me. Avoid this company !

My mother ordered the Better Hearing aids and needed to return them because they were basically useless. First, they told her the package they arrived in needed to be UNOPENED. What? Then they offered her a 25%, and then a 50% return or send them back to Asia for a full refund which would have cost between $30 to $40 shipping fees. We ended up complaining to my mom's credit card company and began the process of disputing the transaction. Within 10 hours Better Hearing had given her a full refund, including her initial $8.95 shipping fee. Don't even bother with this company. I am editing this review to mention that the marketing arm of Better Hearing is called OZZI HOME, which is where all of my correspondence was directed thru.

Habe diese Geräte mit 90 Tagen Rückgabe gekauft.Ich hörte nur ein pfeifendes Geräusch von verstehen war nicht zu Denken nach mehreren Anschreiben sagte man mir das sie das Geld nicht mehr zurück nehmen würden obwohl sie sie es angeboten hatten mit 90 Tagen bei mir waren es gerade mal fünf Tage. Dann schrieb man mir dass ich ein neues Gerät bekomme !!! Doch nichts ist passiert,Trotz großmündiger versprochener Garantie,nichts passiert.Ich warte jetzt 2 Monate darauf mein Geld oder andere Geräte zu erhalten.doch nichts ist Passiert. Ich möchte nur alle Kunden warnen BETRÜGER HOCH 3

I ordered some Hearing aids from a company called Better Hearing. In September . After I received them I tried them but realized they were not right for me so I immediately returned them.. They verified that they did get them and said my refund would be in 7-10 days. That has been a month ago! I have called them and emailed them and still no refund. My credit card has put a hold on the amount and filed a dispute against them. I advise anyone to avoid this online company and research a lot if you order this stuff online.

Had an advert from better living daily pretending to be from Which that was promoting a hearing aid. Which magazine has no record of this.

Where ever you look on the internet this company, or one of its pseudonyms, are extolling the virtues of their ground breaking product - and no need to worry about the wondrous claims they are making, because if they are false "we promise a full refund if you are not satisfied".

But this company( and its' associated companies) is a SCAM - the product is useless and does not do what they say it will do. Moreover, when you do complain, as I did after three days, they say the money back guarantee is void because I've opened the box and worn the product. I've asked them how I could possibly find out if I was dissatisfied with their product if I was not allowed to open the box and try it out, but that question seems a bit too difficult for them to answer.

Fortunately, I paid by credit card and my card provider will now reverse the charge and credit my payment in full.

To save yourself the hassle of having to do the same thing I strongly suggest you give all the companies that are promoting this product a big miss. Save your time and money, roll up a piece of paper and stick it in your ear - the results could not be worse than you get with the aids they are selling!!!

Insatisfait de ce produit. Une super publicité, très bien faite qui vante un produit miracle. « Appareil de nouvelle génération, sans pile, réglage auto et manuel avec trois niveaux d’écoute, pratiquement invisible, super garantie, etc… et cerise sur le gâteau, satisfait ou remboursé, bien sûr… »
Une petite arnaque parfaitement montée. En fait, les appareils sont d’une taille importante, inesthétique au possible et insupportable dans l’oreille. En plus, sauf sur le premier réglage qui n’améliore en rien l’audition, des sifflements insupportables sur les 2 autres niveaux. Après 1 heure de tentative j’ai complètement renoncé à utiliser ces appareils.
J’ai donc fait part à l’entreprise de ma décision de retourner ces appareils qui ne me convenaient pas du tout. Là, début des problèmes… Les appareils ne peuvent être remboursés que s’ils n’ont pas été utilisés… GENIAL ! Il faut donc essayer ces appareils sans les déballer ? Il parait que c’est écrit dans les conditions générales que je n’ai reçues qu’après ma réclamation et de plus en anglais…
Gentiment et généreusement, on m’a donc proposé un remboursement partiel de 20€ sur les 89€ payés avec la possibilité de garder les appareils. Après mon refus, on m’a proposé un effort exceptionnel d’un remboursement de 30%, soit 26.70€ ou de retourner les appareils en Chine, dans leur emballage d’origine en payant frais de port et de douane, après avoir rempli une déclaration pas possible et sans aucune certitude d’être remboursé en raison du fait que les appareils ont été utilisés…
Attaquer au pénal une entreprise située aux USA qui envoie des produits de Chine me semblait très aléatoire, j’ai donc accepté ce second deal en désespoir de cause et perdu une soixantaine d’euros.
Une petite arnaque minable bien ficelée. Je tiens à la disposition de qui les voudra les appareils état neuf…

There is no point trying to deal directly with Ozzi home, the company behind these hearing aids. Their customer service is appalling and does not reflect the claims of a 'total refund if not fully satisfied'. Seems they offer a 50% refund, or potentially a full refund via a very complex returns process that could involve including passport details - not recommended! However I went back to my credit card provider, completed their forms with all the history.....and they said they would attempt charge back to get my money back. Lo and behold, next day I have my full refund. Don't bother dealing direct, go to you card provider....but better still avoid in the first place.

I bought the better hearing aids they would not stop ringing in my ears, I suffer tinnitus and my audiologist advised me they are not suitable. I contacted Ozzi Home who provided return instructions, these are so complicated and expensive to return I am at my wits end

I fell for the scam. When ordering the original better hearing aids, I was offered an upgrade. I was told the original order would be canceled. It was canceled, but I never received the refund. I did receive the upgrade, but they have not honored the cancellation refund. I am not happy with the Hearing aids themselves and will be requesting a refund on them if I can ever get them to honor the original cancellation I am very very dissatisfied. They keep telling me they have refunded my money, but I am not getting it. Also, I did not realize this would be coming from China. I would advise everyone to avoid this company. Their advertising is wonderful and I fell for it.

Ordered the up date HA. arrived promptly.I had a defective HA.Notified the company. Support I received waiting for a replacement was awesome. These HA’s are the BEST! Very comfortable in my ears & easy to use. I’ve tried various brand names over the years. These are the BEST!! Support I received was great. I can now hear so much better-Thanks Better Hearing!!

Was on the point of ordering hearing aid. Decided to consult Trustpilot. Thank goodness that I did. Thanks Trustpilot

I purchased a pair of "Better Hearing " aids after having read the Advert on Google. I expected my order to be sent from the advertising company Ozzi Home based in Shirebrook Notts here in the Uk. No, I expect having taken their cut, merely pass your order to a company in China who despatch the aids to you.
If you find the aids unsuitable and wish to return them
guess what? one has only one option but to return them to China. The aids themselves seem well made but how reliable? only time will tell. A bit of a scam I think. My advice, do not fall for Ozzi Home's gleaming advert on Google. I returned them to the
Ozzi Home address in Shirebrook and guess what?
they have simply returned the aids back to me.

Die Geräte sind viel zu gross ,sie halten nicht in den Ohren,Empfang katastrophal pfeift und hat Nebengeräusche,Unterschiede sind fast nicht zu bemerken!@ die 89+Fracht waren rausgeschmissen Geld.gerd stuber

After charging for 12hrs as recommended one squealed all the time and the other one did not work and charged indicator did not illuminate.
Absolute rubbish consigned to bin.
All advertising for this company should be BANNED as it is not true.
