Horrible Sports book

Deposited $500 won a few bets and boom, they restrict my account to $1 bets so I can’t bet anymore cause I won a couple and forced me to withdraw my funds. Pathetic book and waste of time!

I'm so done with the MGM. I will never play online again or any online gambling site again for that matter. I will only play at brick and mortar places as I will never have to worry about getting screwed over and get paid instantly.

MGM closed my account just recently because they could not face the truth and the principle of it all that they owe me money but they deny it. They just couldn't handle all the emails from me as they are nothing but a bunch of crybabies. Stay far away from that website as possible as everyone is incompetent with the attention span and intelligence of a pile of dung!

Deposited CAD$100 and won ~$16 for a total balance of ~$116 and have opted to withdrawal/cashout and will see how fast the withdrawal process is.

That said for the 2-stars, this playing site has bugs which can be annoying. I am playing with latest version of Google Chrome and some games load but immediately "error out" into what appears to be HTML code with message "Access Denied." (????) Load time of games is notably slower (I am talking in seconds but still) than other online casino sites despite being on a 100Mbps downlink.

While not necessarily MGM's fault, I have been booted out of games due to inability to verify my geographical location but that may be the device I am using.

2 stars very much reflective of the slowness of load time and errors loading what should be available slots.

Just a poor experience! Put money in and don’t get anything back. Havent got the daily free spins in almost a month. Also this months spin the wheel bonus is bugged and doesn’t actually give you what you win.

I spent lots into the slots and got no big win back. I also tried to play other slots but they don't load up at all. It's a very frustrating game site. Nothing to offer but grieve upon grieve. These guys only let you bet $20 - $100 max if you win a few too many games. Complete scam of a company, stay away from sportsbooks that ban or restrict you from betting because you aren't always losing. Terrible company, will make sure never to stay at their Hotel again. I was born and raised and have lived my entire life in Canada... so I have never had need of a residency card or "national" ID.

And I never travel so I have no need for a passport.

If you do not own at least one of these documents you will not be allowed to play on mgmbet in Ontario.

Just wanted to warn you not to waste your time with mgm because their customer service will not help at all and will simply parrot back the information they have and it is of no use to anyone.

Same experience as the first reviewer, I have played the same games on other sites and definately deposited less on those sites and won decent pots, the same slits here don't pay the same. I won't recommend this app to anyone based on low payouts and glitchy play.
Pt2. I have deposited $1400 in a 4 week period, played at different values, tried different games....you will not win on this site. Website very slow,games are nice but the rtp for the slots very low,dont even expect to win there.after depositing 6 times i won nothing,and slots are sucking the money very quick.i got bonus free spins with 2 cad bet,at the end of free spins i won 2 cad,so you judge how bad the rtp slots ratio.Over all terrible experience.
