vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, dein ausführliches Feedback mit uns zu teilen. Zuerst möchten wir uns aufrichtig für die abgelehnte Auszahlung entschuldigen. Wir verstehen sehr gut, wie frustrierend es ist, wenn man keine klare Erklärung dafür erhält.

In deinem Fall lag das Problem an einem Unterschied zwischen der verwendeten Einzahlungs- und Auszahlungsmethode, was leider zu einer Ablehnung geführt hat. Wir geben dir vollkommen recht: Hier hätte es eine bessere Kommunikation geben müssen. Deshalb arbeiten wir derzeit daran, unsere Benachrichtigungen zu verbessern, damit bei einer abgelehnten Auszahlung künftig eine verständliche Begründung automatisch mitgeteilt wird.
