You made a deposit with Credit Card back on October 2024, and your account still needs to be validated to comply with KYC Policies, Business Standard procedures indicate that if a customer does not comply with KYC policy, it's an indicator of Fraud Risk, the account and balance gets cancelled and Deposit refunded back to Credit Card. Do not deposit any money unless you don’t want it back. This company is awful. They gave me 100 free dollars to bet but the catch is you have to bet it 10x to be able to cash out just 100 dollars and anything more will be forfeited. Support did say they would make a deal to let me keep the amount over the 100 if I deposited the same amount lol… on top of that if you don’t use your free bets within 15 days they simply will delete them from your account claiming the automated system will delete any bonus you let sit idle. Don’t be silly, use literally any other Sportsbook in the world because this one flat out sucks. They all have better bonuses, better platforms and better terms and conditions (or lack thereof). Don’t waste your time on this one.

In straight soccer wagering, all standard bets are graded based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time). Extra time or penalties are not included unless specifically stated or placed on special overtime markets. For your wager, the game ended 1–1 at the end of regulation, which is why it was settled as a draw. Bets including overtime were available separately.
We understand this can be frustrating, when there is no full understanding a particular sport score/betting rules, all betting rules for all sports are clearly stated on our website terms and conditions. I made a $20 deposit in bitcoin. Cannot play any game when I go to make a withdrawl it won’t allow anything under $50 I’ve clicked on every game possible and it all says error. The live help is a joke no one answers so I wrote two emails asking for assistance. I want my money refunded as quickly as it was deposited. This is ridiculous
