Excellent customer service throughout.
I had several questions before sending my photos, all of which were answered very quickly by Craig.
Great communications including confirming receipt, when the job was being started and when it was complete.
Photos returned safely with the promised DVD.
Very impressed as they even managed to scan a few photos that were below the minimum size.

Found this company online and surprised my wife for Christmas with a nostalgic gift. Sent photos off. Was slightly apprehensive about them being lost but sent and received by recorded delivery. Scans were good quality, price very reasonable and communication from the company could not have been better!

I reached out to Craig at Best Photo Scan as I had just over 500 old photos of various sizes and types that were of my childhood and I wanted them digitised as they were a little worse for ware.

From the initial outreach and response through to receiving my digital copies the service was excellent and communication spot on as he kept me updated with progress on my order and how things were going.

The finished product really surprised me as the quality was so good I can barely tell they're not originally digital copies. These photos are from almost 40 years ago too!

This is a great service. I sent off about 1500 old photos to be scanned and they were completed in about a week. The standard of scanning was excellent and they arranged the photos in folders as I had requested. I received a link to download all the digitised photos when the scanning was completed as well as receiving a copy on a USB stick along the the hard copy photos, when they were returned by courier. Excellent communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend this service.

I am very pleased with the results of the work Best Photo Scan did for me. I sent what I thought was approx 1100 photos, but which turned out to be around 1950 of them. All have scanned well with excellent image quality, and have been supplied both via a download link and on memory sticks.

The service is fast and the result very neat. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing to scan and retouch hundreds of printed photos.

Excellent service throughout, I needed 140 pictures digitising immediately and wasnt sure how quickly they could do it , I emailed and got a response straight away saying they would scan in as soon as pictures were received and send by e mail that day. I sent them guaranteed overnight and received them back at 3 pm the next day perfectly scanned in , in the folders I requested. I got the pictures back the following day well packaged with additional SD card and Pen drive . Such an efficient and easy service to use , just what I needed.

I'd tried the free mobile apps but the quality wasn't that good. I'd also tried scanning the pictures myself but with over 130 photos to scan, it would have taken forever and they weren't coming out that well either.
I found Best Photo Scan while searching online for alternative methods and while it costs quite a lot to scan loads of photos, it really is worth it. The quality was great and the images were available to download online as soon as they'd scanned the prints and that was quick and easy too. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend BPS and would use them again if I find more photos to digitize.
