I’ve ordered from BestPharmacy.gr to Cyprus with DHL before (paying close to 20 EUR per delivery), and delivery always takes at least a week – not acceptable since shipping itself takes only one day. A day after my last purchase (with DHL delivery again) I received an email from BestPharmacy.gr saying “We would like to inform you that the … is temporarily out of stock and we will receive it next week. We will ship your order on the same day when we receive the products” – at the same time, the product in question is still shown as available on the BestPharmacy.gr website. I can’t imagine how a store can delay an order for weeks due to their own negligence instead of offering partial shipment or another reasonable solution!

My order was delivered, but the letter carrier did not give me any information about who he had left it with. I asked neighbors, the next package station ...with no result. The customer service investigated for me and found out very quickly the name of the neighbor where the package was.
Thanks again! Renata Maurer, Berlin

Very trusted , good customer service and well-packaged products.

Best prices, fast shipping and great customer service. Damaged product was refunded without hassle.

Excellent prices, fast delivery. I'm satisfied returning customer.

Original: I got my order with several products missing but without the return of the money for that products. I have sent them several mails.

Edit: They are really great. They refunded me the full amount for the products they have not sent.

Fantastic company! As a non-Greek national who travelled to Greece and placed an order under time constraints, I have had a very positive experience with BestPharmacy. In fact, I have ordered twice so far and each time they have been incredibly helpful regarding my order. They reply back to your inquiries in a timely manner and they even contacted the courier on my behalf to ensure I would receive the order in time before leaving Greece. I am confident that I can order again wherever I am in the world. Fully recommend! Loredana H.
