barking heads big foot range
The barking jeads big foot chicken and lamb range is great. My choc labrador is in optimum condition especially his coat and with added glucosamine supplements its great for larger breeds with tendencies to hip and joint problems. He never tires of the taste and I would thoroughly recommend this product especially as its british!

0.5 ml Caninsulin syringe 29G x 1/2" fixed needle
I ordered these for a friend and she says that they're excellent! Exactly the same that she buys from the Vet, but with you they're much cheaper. It becomes very expensive buying Insulin and needle from the Vet regularly, but having the needles from you now, helps a great deal!! Many thanks.

Always slow when a prescription involved.
I regularly order dog food and canine prescription medication from Best Pet because it is cheaper than buying locally.
I have learned to place separate orders for each item - the food always comes pretty quickly but the medication is generally not despatched until I chase it, a week after they have received the prescription. This time they have the prescription but have just sat on the order anyway.
If you ring it takes forever for the call to be answered (often to then be spoken to rudely to try another dept or that it will be going shortly. My old dog wishes they'd learn a few new tricks in pharmacy /despatch at Best Pet.

Thank you for your feedback - we are very sorry to hear of the issues you have had with ordering and will be investigating the matter. We can see that the order had originally been awaiting the prescription, and that the order was dispatched within 48hrs of having confirmed its receipt. We will however be reviewing our processes to ensure any confusion is avoided in future.
Although usually medication takes between 3-5 working days for delivery (once the prescription is received/processed), please rest assured we will be eliminating any delays where possible and encourage you to contact us with any further concerns and we will be able to advise.

fast and reliable
A straightforward ordering system, fast delivery and quality products, which are ALWAYS in stock, what's not to like?
Being able to buy Royal Canin Prescription diet for a sensitive Burmese, at a price significantly cheaper than my vet, combined with excellent service; makes Best Pet my first choice.
Oh and what's more I get free delivery!!

tablets to calm the cat.
These tablets are brilliant my cat would not go out because the cat next door kept bullying him. I gave him these tablets for a month, and the difference in him already is amazing.
