I was sent emails updating me on the delivery status of my order, and my delivery arrived promptly on the date promised. Will definitely order from them again.

Second order now and each time, everything is updated by email then a few days later the parcel arrives with the correct items.

After realising that the wrong dog food had been sent to me I e mailed and explained what had happened. Unfortunately my husband had opened it before he noticed it was not what we had ordered. Best pet were brilliant excellent service the correct food arrived the next day and I was asked to donate the wrong food to a charity which I did . I have used best pet for a few years and will continue to do so although the I will check my order before opening it next time . I've never had a wrong order before . A very good quick service always been very happy.

Being hounded by email for feedback doesn't help either.

I love this company they have everything i need for my dog. All under one roof at great prices.

I thought this company was OK until they sent me the wrong product, they were very slow to respond, sent me the same wrong product again which I refused. Eventually they arranged collection of the product I did not want that came in the original order. They offered me a voucher for the cost but I asked them to send me a cheque instead as I did not want to use them again. This still has not arrived despite repeated e-mails from me and no response from them. I don't see why I should call their help line which charges for the call - when its their mistake.This has been going on since the 13th June. I hope they see this and send me the money they owe me.

I like the way things are packed for delivery. I was also impressed to get a reminder email that my cat food might be nearly finished so was it time to reorder, to me that is good customer service. I only hope the new website is as good.
