Great service

The product key was not working and when I had to pay for another key form Microsoft directly because I needed a key urgently the customer service refused to give me refund ..waste of money

You've bought a digital license. You told us "It doesn't work" and our customer service replied your email in 5 hours. We requested screenshot of the error to send you a "replacement key". You refused to send the screenshot of the error. Your feedback is not correct. Once you purchased the key, you get directly access to key. How would we know if you already used the key or not?
