Ordered item for about 38 dollars on August 21, received confirmation by email. Nothing since, no tracking. Wrote to their customer service and website address without reply. Website claims shipments to be received within 15 days, waited 30 days then sought refund from Paypal.

bestgiftpod.com. I had an issue with a product that I ordered that was not in the package that was shipped to me. I reached out to the resolution department and after explaining the problem they solved my issue to my satisfaction within a few days. I am grateful to get this type of service as I have had difficulties from other companies in solving similar issues where the other companies did not even respond to my requests to solve an issue with them. So I give Bestgiftpod
bestgiftpod.com a five star review for not only offering interesting products but also in resolving issues with their customers that have problems to correct.

I did not get my bottle

I did not get my bottle, they say it was lost, now I can't seem to get my money back they want me to pick another product that I don't need.
