It's been a week a 4 days since I purchased my order which technically almost 2 weeks and with frame of time my package should be in the UK or already received and delivered I have done my research and the royal mail tracking details is NOT a valid tracking number for royal mail Royal Mail tracking numbers are typically 13 alphanumeric characters, starting with two letters, followed by 9 -13 digits long and ending with 'GB' the fake royal mail tracking number you gave me is not valid it's my 30 birthday and my order was to celebrate my 30th birthday which is my mile stone I am very upset that you've guys and scammed me and ruined my birthday I don't even what the package anymore not that you had any intentions of delivering it to me, you have failed me as a customer I want a full refund or I will be going to the MP, ministry of justice her ,majesty court, citizens advice bureau and the police!!!! SEND ME MY MONEY

I ordered a Peter Thomas Roth eye cream in July. Firstly it was a dupe it was not the ice cream I ordered secondly they took the money plus extra out of my account.  I emailed them and asked me them for a refund which they said they would look into and rectify. I have been waiting since. I have sent several emails asking for this refund of £64.99 but I have yet to receive it, they say they have sent it but it has not hit my account. I would be aware of these as the cream wasn’t the one I actually ordered and I cannot get my money back. 

Difficult review to write. I ordered a Peter Thomas Roth eye product from Bestfacet. The first thing to go wrong was they overcharged my credit card by £13. Initially I didn’t recognise the transaction as they use USMonoix to clear payments. The order took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, it was not what I ordered. The eye products were not Peter Thomas Roth, but dupe ones with packaging made to look like a PTR product. The cream is at best an average eye cream, it does not hold the same tightening or lifting properties of the genuine product. Fortunately I had taken screen shots of their advert and transactions when I filed my complaint with them.
I actually cannot fault their customer care department for response times and willingness to rectify my complaint, although the offer they made of a refund of £34.18 and to keep the products (although useless) actually turned out to be only £22 when actioned it, so I’m still £20.63 out of pocket.
I have given 2 stars because of their response time to my complaint, but other than that, I’m afraid I can’t recommend at all, their adverts on TikTok are definitely a scam and show genuine Peter Thomas Roth products, but what you receive from them is anything but genuine.

Product is fake, does not do what is claimed, payment taken was a completely different amount to order price, have said they would refund the difference, i do not believe they will. I requested a return label to return said fake product, to which iv had no reply! Surprise, surprise...
Do not use this company!!!!

Product is fake! Item was marketed and advised as a Peter thomas roth eye product, the packaging was almost identical. The ingredients were completely different to the real product. The writing on package had a subtle difference. They were very convincing...

Fake scammers, clicked on a video link on TikTok for the Peter Thomas Roth eye tightner. The link directed me to Bestfacet website, they then proceeded to take double the amount of money from my account! I emailed them and they did return the extra they had taken but I cancelled my card immediately as I did not trust it would not happen again. I have since received the order and they have sent something completely different. I am now opening a case through my bank to reclaim the rest of the money. I have emailed Bestfacet but I don’t expect a response from them. STAY CLEAR, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Scammers! You won’t get the product you ordered and they won’t answer emails for refund

I ordered a cosmetic product from this company several days ago but instead of them taking the payment once they took it 4 times. When I contacted them via email they promised to give a full refund.l and cancel the order. Three days later not only have they not processed a refund but taken the whole amount AGAIN. They have now taken over £200 fro my bank.
I feel the company is fake and am desperately trying to obtain my money back.
