A force de ne lire que des avis négatifs sur les locations de voiture à Faro, j’étais dubitative quand à louer une voiture en Algarve. Quand j’ai decouvert des avis positifs sur Best Deal, j’ai réservé une voiture via le site bsp-auto. En arrivant à l’aéroport de Faro à 22h, nous avons appelé l’agence Best Deal et dans les 5 minutes, la navette était là pour nous emmener à l’agence. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et la voiture correspondait parfaitement à la réservation que nous avions faite.
Au retour, tout s’est bien passé aussi. Je recommande cette agence.

Where to start - I will never use this company again.

We booked a car for three weeks and were provided with a Citroen C3 with over 96,000 km on the clock. The car had been well used and the engine had no power in it - had to drop down into first to go up any incline. The engine management system fault light came on as we picked up the car and stayed on throughout the duration of the hire.

Cleaned the car inside and out before it was returned. The man at the office inspected the car and claimed it was ‘excessively dirty’ - he claimed a few grains of sand down the side of the driver’s seat amounted to ‘excessive dirt’. I disagreed and he refused to explain why this amounted to the car being ‘excessively dirty’. I also complained about the poor condition of the car and why we were provided a vehicle that had a fault. His response ‘What do you care, you’re not buying it are you.’ Unbelievably rude and unapologetic. I refused to pay the cleaning charge of 30 euros and he said he would call the police and refused to drop me back at the airport. Before walking back to the airport I took a video of the inside of the car.

I was left to walk along the busy dual carriage way back to the airport. As I got to the roundabout at the airport, the man from Best Car had driven to the roundabout and reported me to the police. The police stopped me, interrogated me and made me delete the video. They then eventually let me go.

I have been holidaying in Portugal ever year for more than 20 years and always had a hire vehicle. I have never had any issues with any other hire company. This was the first time I had used Best Car, and as I said at the beginning, I will never use them again.

They are a very shoddy outfit. The vehicle we were provided with was in very poor condition and their customer service was truly shocking. Their headline prices might appear reasonable but they are intent on racking up the price through hidden and arbitrary charges.

Very small metal dent , very hard to see and feel was detected at the return inspection. The size like 10 cent coin and and no damage on the car paint. Although inspection photos were taken at the delivery we were not allowed to see those as they were for "internal use". Just to mention there were a lot of other documented damages/scratches at the delivery. but this small dent was not noticed. As the damage was seen as minor, we had to pay "only 50% of the price" according to the official price. Best Deal will never repair this, so watch out for this company !
15 days after this complaint in Trustpilot, Best Deal changed their opinion about the "damage" and returned the paid money for this. This was just due to the fact of my complaint in Trustpilot. The company says thay have had an extensive discussion about their service and hopefully they have improved by now.

Tout s'est très bien passé. Réservation en ligne, on est arrivé à l'aéroport, on a trouvé l'endroit pour la navette et on nous a emmené à l'agence. La voiture était conforme à nos attentes et pas de soucis avec.

J'étais prêt à mettre 5 étoiles mais voilà!!! , de retour chez moi je recois un mail de Best deal, m'annonçant qu'il me facture 210,25 pour une égratignure sur le part choc côté, gauche.
Le conteste les faits, et j'envoie un mail leur stipulant que je suis en total désaccord avec eux.
À l'heure qu'il est, J'attend une réponse de leur part et demande une photo de l'egratignure.
Je précise que j'ai rendu la voiture à l'aéroport de faro, parking P4, que j'ai payé un supplément de 35€ vu le retour en dehors des heures d'ouverture.
Donc personne pour faire un état du véhicule en ma présence !
Je leur précise que l'egratignure a très bien pu se produire sur le parking après mon départ vers l'aéroport de faro !
Voilà les faits, J'attends une réponse de leur part trouvant cette facturation comme un abus !

You have to walk to P4 parking area. There is no person there awaiting you. You need to call Best Deal for them to pick you up and transfer to their office (sort of expected). They were friendly and explained everything clearly and booking in took some time. There was a choice of cars and ours was ok and cleaned. However having to catch an early flight meant they were NOT OPEN. The hire car had to be returned back to P4 leaving ticket and key in the car. THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE of 35 Euro. Had I known this I would have avoided transfer and fee by hiring a car from the airport terminal. So please be aware.

We rented a 9 seater in May. Good value, professional/courteous service. No issues at all. I would highly recommend!

souhaitant acheter un lanceur pour reparer ma tondeuse , je me suis après recherche retrouver a faire un paiement CBsur ce site (33€).
a ce jour je n'ai jamais reçu le matériel commandé .

Obligé de mettre une étoile mais ça n'en mérite aucune! Petit conseil prenez plein de photos de la voiture le jour J car ils nous ont fait payer une micro trace sur la voiture en dessous du pare-choc arrière que nous n'avons sûrement pas vu le premier jour. Pire agence de voiture que j'ai eu affaire.
