Zero Professionalism and Abandoned After Surgery – Beware of Best Clinic Istanbul
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the non-existent post-operative care provided by
Best Clinic Istanbul. My name is Antonino Runza, and both my girlfriend (Estela Maria Vallejos)
and I underwent surgery here on May 4th. When purchasing their packages, they promised full
service including a post-operative follow-up with nutritionists and regular consultations with the
surgeon. This turned out to be a complete lie.
It has been over a month since the operation, and I am experiencing serious issues: the right
side of my chest is heavily swollen with hard areas. My local family doctor confirmed it is a
seroma and advised me to seek immediate evaluation from the clinic's surgeon. However, getting
in touch with anyone at Best Clinic is an absolute nightmare.
I have sent countless messages trying to get the assistance we paid for. The coordinators and
contacts—Lina, Ramzi, Carlos, and Kenza—have completely ignored me. They disappear for
days, pass you around like a game of ping-pong with automated numbers, and provide zero
actual medical support or response. Their last response was on June 3rd, and since then, total
silence. It is unbelievable and feels like a cruel joke.
It is completely unacceptable to show such high levels of unprofessionalism to clients who spent
a significant amount of money and are now left dealing with potential post-surgical complications
alone. Because of this terrible experience and absolute lack of safety and human decency, I am
canceling the surgery we had planned for my daughter with them in November. Do yourself afavor and avoid Best Clinic Istanbul at all costs. Once they have your money, you cease to exist
to them.
