Very good, all was fast and easy! Done without texting to the support!

They refunded my purchase very swiftly because I was able to provide them with an order ID. Everyone was told a month or two ago that they were moving purchase and payment gateway and that all orders from the old gateway would become inaccessible and therefore invalid for refunds however people ignored that and are now complaining that they cant refund their order from half a year ago. This service was perfectly legitimate it's just idiots who neglect to use their critical thinking skills (or lack thereof)

I don't know what I'd do without bestbuyloot. Prices are there very cheap. I mostly use it to buy battle pass. You have to wait a week for your delivery, but that's only because of riot regulation for gifts sent from new friends. One time I wrote the wrong account into order but support staff on their discord instantly responded to me and fixed it.

So there was an issue with how gifting works and it caused lots of people to get banned. They removed skins that were gifted. I lost around £40 worth of skins and they couldn't do anything because they don't have my order even though I gave them my order number. They had an old order system and they deleted all of their older history. They just you got unlucky and theirs nothing they can do. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Even if they say its safe it won't be in the future, they told us the new gifting bots were safe and they weren't. They didn't even try to amend what happened.

PLEASE READ : YOU WILL GET BANNED

TLDR :
1. You will get banned in about 6 months which leads to your items being removed from your account due to fraudulent gifts.
2. "Delay issues" orders that takes 3+weeks to be sent, even a month sometimes, that has been "known" but still not fixed for years.
3. Refuses to refund banned players by trying to play with their Policies, as opposite of their statement.

You don't immediately get banned though. After analysis, you get banned around 6 months after the Gift has been received to your account, which perfectly match up with my case and the Faker Ahri skin accident as many people got hit.

Issue is, getting a 2-week ban because of fraudulent gifts also get your items removed because of this. So your purchase is void soon after.

What's happening is that they use Stolen Credit Cards to purchase RP. This money is of course charged back after months and it kills ALL transactions done with them. This is why it takes exactly 6 months, it's an automated procedure. It's funny cause they mention this themselves but changes the story as the customers doing it. They gave away themselves.

2. You will notice that they have EXTREMELY regularly "delivery issues" and many people claiming they didn't get their purchase after multiple weeks or even over a month.

This is still up-to-date, it has been happening for over a year now. They won't stop having these "issues", just check their general chat and see how many people still claims to this day their orders after weeks.

3. They play around their "policy" to avoid refunds. I confronted their owner about this, and they immediately tried to avoid refunding me by mentioning their policy. They try to play with this point especially imgur. com/fnmadvE .
Whatever you think I might be lying, this statement in their policy is definitely a red flag and complicates any chances of getting refunds. They will refuse refunding if they don't like your attitude. They immediately blocked me after.

Overall, even if you indeed get the items purchased, you will :
- Wait for weeks to be receive your items
- Be banned within 6 months
- Have items removed from your account
- Cannot be refunded if they want to
- Poor attitude
- You will be silenced and banned from their Discord.

Took a long time to receive my order, on top of that, I got a 2 week ban after I received my order. Still haven't heard back from their support staff. Don't recommend.

Yeah i get it its really cheap and the wait time is 2 weeks, support isnt always answearing and then your account gets banned and the content you got will be removed. I dont recommend. I got suspended yesterday for 2 weeks.

The support team does not care about you; they ignore you as soon as they receive payment and refuse to compensate for the ban they caused.

I ordered my 3 skin and then I got hit with a ban lucky for me the support team said I will get my acount back after 14 days but dont buy from this site because riot will finde out about it and riot will punish you

My account is currently on two weeks ban, because of this page and all skins and currency will be deleted. I strongly don't recommend to buy at this page.

BestBuyLoot might have had some customers complain about getting bans but I can assure you that their support is always credible and trustworthy. Their policies are clear and they never disappoint. I have made more than 5 orders in the past several months with no problems. They also offer compensations (extra loot items) when delivering late orders.

i only bought one time i dindnt recive the skins i wanted and now i got two week banned

Lot of people getting banned because they purchased from this service. They are disabling any way for people to communicate with each other and are refusing to give any announcement on the matter. Looking like they are going to finish any order they have and likely will dip instead of trying to address the issue properly, though they are still accepting orders on the website so they might try to brush it over once people stop talking about it

Do not buy, your Riot account will get banned. There is a currently banwave going on and people are receiving 14 days bans. If you receive another gift after that your account will get perma banned.
They muted general chat on discord server and are removing negative reviews or messages.
