He followed up with me several times, sent clear emails, and when we finally spoke over the phone, he was extremely helpful and professional. Sam guided me through the entire activation process step-by-step and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate the time and care he took. Excellent customer service — thank you again!

Clare Gates is an asset to your company. She helped me set up my GAP insurance on my new BMW, and was a pleasure to speak to throughout! I now have piece of the mind for the next few years that it will be fully covered if needed.
