Truly the best for frames
Frame did exactly what I needed. The main thing that impressed me was the quality of the packaging. Whilst some companies use minimal protection, Best4frames goes the whole way with corner protection, bubble wrap, thick cardboard and plenty of tape. I suppose there’s a reason why they’re best for frames.

Customer Service & Products are 5 out of 5
This was my second purchase from Best4Frames after being very impressed with the first item that I bought. Quality, packaging and a very clear website takes the pain out of this kind of stuff.
My 2nd purchase didn't go to plan, but give me a minute!
I ordered two identical frames. The delivery arrived on schedule and was packaged as you'd expect. However, only one frame made it from a order quantity of two.
One phone call and less than 24 hours later the missing frame was on my doorstep on a Saturday morning before 8am.
5 out 5 for customer service and reaction to a minor problem. They apologised for the mistake, offered a solution and delivered weekend.

I would 100% recommend this company
I would 100% recommend this company. I bought a load of frames which were accidentally the wrong size off a major online retailer, but really wanted custom mounts to frame the certificates. I came across Best4Frames when searching for custom mounts and was thrilled to find I could still use my A4 sized framed for my A4 sized certificates, whilst adding a 2.3cm mount around the edge to get the visual impact I wanted. Multiple colours of mounts available, fully customisable dimensions (to a point, you can only go so narrow), easy ordering process.
Why I'm giving 5 stars? I placed my order the Friday afternoon before Christmas, and honestly, reading the delivery info, didn't expect to see them until January. They arrived on the Tuesday morning!!! In pristine condition, carefully packaged, and just perfect.
Fantastic service, would reccomend!

Excellent company!
I do cross stitch as a hobby so I can order a custom made frame, with a back board so I can mount the finished cross stitch. They always arrive promptly and if you need to ask them anything, they’re very helpful!
