Poor packaging = damaged product
The product is what I ordered but it was not well packaged. As a result, the box is damaged, which is unfortunate given that it is a gift. Given that I had paid for faster delivery, I would expect this to include suitable packaging to ensure the product arrived in good condition.

We're sorry that your item was damaged by the courier. We try not to use too much packaging for smaller orders but our packaging does have reasonable protection.
If a product arrives damaged it's best to email us and we'll send out a replacement box, or refuse the item (with DPD) if it's really badly damaged.

Excellent and very efficient service
I ordered some personalised golf balls from Best4balls last Sunday. The website was easy to use for print size and font and preferred golf balls. The balls arrived today (Friday) and I am very happy with the efficient and prompt service provided by this company. I would recommend this company, based on my experience, to others.

Untrustworthy - careful purchasing from best4balls
Purchased online goods via best4balls and turns out they are far from genuine. Ordered 6 specific callaway caps for a family golf day in honour of my late father but they delivered a completely different cap, they seem to think that’s allowed and perfectly normal - Trading standards need to be reviewing how these guys operate. They also tell me they are an official Callaway retailer yet they advertise and sell goods they don’t have from Callaway, the goods received from this company are suspect and appear to be far from the Callaway quality we’ve all come to love.
After their incredibly poor “customer service” and lack of empathy for a very upsetting situation potentially with nothing to hand out tomorrow for my family golf weekend. Five days later from the first escalation still no apology nor acknowledgement they falsely sold me goods online yet they were quick to take my money - they’ve finally offered a refund if I return the goods leaving me empty handed for our special event. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this to consumers it appears so for sure they need to be questioned by trading standards and certainly by Callaway as they appear to be tarnishing their great name. Avoid this company to mitigate the upset I’ve experienced for my relatively small order yet still a 3 figure cost purchase.

We have had many emails before and after your purchase, as you asked for very specific personalisation.
The correct cap was personalised and shipped within 2 days, and we offered you a full refund earlier this week by email. This issue is that you were unhappy with the cap itself, because of how the Callaway logo is printed. This is outside our control because the Callaway branding is done by the manufacturer.
These genuine caps can be found on the Callaway website and we sent the link by email.
We understand that you would now like to keep the caps, but the full refund still stands if they are returned in the same condition.
