The best buying experience I have had for many years... Stephanie who I spoke to moved heaven and earth to locate & supply the item that was not in stock from a third party.....the item arrived perfect and exactly on time. It was immediately put into service. Another surprise was a free gift which was unexpected and actually useful!

Brilliant support, I wanted a particular item as a gift for my wife, but it was marked as out of stock. I left a message asking when they would have stock back in and was told about 3 weeks. I then received a message a day later saying that they had found one and that they had reserved it for me.

I have now received it and have to say thanks for such great service.

The cafetieres were at a very competitive price. Navigating the website was easy. Outer box was extremely robust and inside the packaging was a delight, making you feel you'd bought something 'posh' from an upmarket company who cared about their products and customers.

I was having problems with the payment which lead to the item becoming sold out. After contacting costumer service, they looked for an extra piece. The costumer service was more than fantastic. I was in a tight schedule and they guarantee that the item would arrive on time. I couldn’t recommend this brand enough! Great and beautiful quality items, with an amazing and kind team. 100% will buy from them again
