Canceled the tour just hours prior with NO options

I booked a private tour for (5) customers in Salzburg. The tour was to begin at 9am. At 10:45pm the night prior, the tour operator called my client and CANCELED, telling the customer that it was my fault (travel agent). I had NO idea this was happening. Finally the Be Special Tours told the customer that their vehicle broke down. Instead of procuring another vehicle, they left my customers with no option to rebook another day/time. It ruined their entire day of a planned tour (the reason they went to Salzburg in the first place). The tour operator was rude to me and lied about what transpired. They cannot be trusted.

1. You cannot be trusted for lying!
We have proof that we really tried everything together with Viator!
Therefore Viator cancelled the tour. We have also proof of that and never ever told that to your client or Viator that you cancelled the tour. If this is done by Viator you should blame them!
You theatened us to excuse at your client otherwise you will do a negative review!
We did and sent presents and excuse gifts to your clients and then you still leave a negative review! So think about who really does here something wrong and threatens others!
I see what is going on here and you have received a full refund but as we know what goes around comes around.

We know that we are here for our clients but not for people who do misbehavings.

Fantastic experience with Be Special Tours! Gray customized our tour to fit our family's interests. Our guide, Bernie, was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our kids. We explored stunning castles, picturesque towns, and breathtaking scenery. Gray shared fascinating stories and insights, making history come alive. Excellent private tour with Be Special…

Excellent private tour with Be Special Tours! Gray was great in planning and communicating beforehand. Despite rainy weather, we had a fantastic time exploring the city, Sound of Music filming locations, salt mines, lake district, Red Bull HQ, Hangar 7, and a historical palace. Our guide was knowledgeable and flexible, customizing the tour to our interests. Highly recommend Be Special Tours for a personalized and informative experience!

The view is incredible, we really liked it and we had a very incredible time, our guide was very kind and very attentive to us, she treated us very well.

Wonderful Family Experience…

We had a wonderful family experience with Be Special Tours. Our guide, was excellent with our kids and made the tour fun and educational for everyone.

Excellent Half-Day Tour..

This tour was excellent. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about everything we did. Her knowledge of the area and hospitality was amazing. I was sad that our tour was only half a day. If I ever go back, I will 100% book with this group and request her again.

It was cold when we went on this tour…

It was cold when we went on this tour but the guide make it up to us not to feel it too much by provide a warm cool place for us for relaxation anytime we get back to our place. They're great.

Wonderful guide, wonderful excursion

Some friends and I spontaneously decided to travel outside of the Salzburg city limits and visit Halstett and surrounding areas. It turned out to be a rainy, overcast day but our guide, Bernhard insured that we still had an absolutely wonderful time! The countryside was spectacular but Bernhard was what made the trip so special. He has great personal warmth and charm and speaks flawless English but it was his extensive knowledge of history and culture that made our visit so memorable. We all agreed that it was a highlight of our trip and when I return to Salzburg, I will definitely schedule another excursion!
