SCAMMERS!
Do not use! Item took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The dress was shoved into a tiny plastic bag - no labels. It was cheap material, looked completely different to what I ordered. I no longer required the dress as delivery took so long, and it also didn’t fit very nice. Emailed back a forth for a whole day trying to get a refund which kept getting denied by them, as they were only happy to offer store credit. Such outrageous service - do not use!!

Quality not great, neither is the sizing. I’m sorry I failed to check reviews before ordering from this company. They do everything in their power to refuse refunds, offering store credit or alternatives instead, completely disregarding the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and in addition the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Unfortunately I am putting this down to a lesson learnt and needless to say will never be using this company again.

Easy website to navigate and a good choice of shoes and sandals.
Sometimes it's quite difficult to get Orthopedic sandals which look good.

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals which took
Longer than I expected as I thought the company was is in England however imported from China.
Very poor quality sandals, low budget company and extremely bad customer service.
1 sandal split on holiday after 2 wears revealing polystyrene base! The quality of product is not fit for purpose.
I have been denied a refund or a replacement after they emailed saying this was the case.
The last email was apologising and saying the only thing I will get is a 50% off voucher for next time! Like there will be a next time.
I have now reported this Company to Trading Standards.

Stunning jacket couldn’t resist

I was looking for a cardigan to give me an extra layer to take on holiday. From the moment I asked Google for a warm cardigan I was led straight to your site. It was easy to use and clear details. I look forward to receiving the cardigan soon

I have the brown pair of “walkies” trainers and they are incredibly comfortable and stylish. I have arthritis in my feet and have spent much more on less comfortable shoes. I am looking forward to my new black pair and wish you had more colours.

If I could give no stars I would .. I ordered these shoes for s wedding as they said 3/8 days . At 8 days they said that wasn’t for the initial part of the sending process and I wasn’t even able to track even though they said I could
.then they said UP TO another 3 days .
After that period they then said it’s in transit with courier and no longer their issue.
after reading the reviews many people say they are a Chinese company but they advertise as s family business in manchester . They are fake and dishonest and allegedly won’t give refunds . DO NOT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS WITH YOUR MONEY ,, they are dishonest and I suspect the good reviews are not honest either .

Ordering straight forward. Bottom of the page had PayPal logo but unable to open when pressed on. Other than that very happy.
