Complaint regarding bouquet gift
I received a bouquet from you for my birthday on 15/04/24 that was ordered by a 93 year old friend. The condition was such, that nothing was edible. The strawberries had furry mould over them. The juice from them had run through, turning the pineapple pink and the chocolate was turning white in places. Even the cabbage chosen as a base was yellow. After trying to phone you and being informed you were too busy to talk to me I sent the first of my e mails to you attaching photos clearly showing the poor condition of the bouquet. I would estimate that, going by the state of it, it was assembled at least 5 days before I received it. I have since tried to contact you by phone and being told your still too busy and by e mail, but have not had any response from you whatsoever. I'm sure the photos are proof that I am not exaggerating. I therefore think a full refund should be made, not to me, but to my friend who placed the order with you. Regards Doreen Bicknell.
It,s been a month since I put this review on Trustpilot and still no response from Berry Bouquets. It appears that if they can't argue their case they totally ignore you and hope you'll go away.

An excellent product which is let down by very poor customer service, and very poor communication. 3 orders placed for different days well in advance - all had problems with delivery and execution. I reached out to try and get them to resolve my issues. Only available via chatbot and no reply to my email

Wanting to buy something different for a friend who’d just had an operation I came across Berry Bouquets. My friend was absolutely delighted, said it was very tasty and even though I’d selected a small fruit bouquet she remarked that it was much more than ample for her and her daughter to enjoy. It was sent out quickly, arrived during the delivery slot and although not cheap it seems a competitive price for edible bouquets. I would certainly use this company again.

My order arrived looking disgraceful did not look like the image at all. Company tried to blame it on the transit company but it was the execution that was very very poor. Won’t be using this company again!!

A very special gift
How lucky and surprised was I to receive a Berry Bouquet this morning! This was probably one of the loveliest and most thoughtful gifts I have ever been given. The presentation was stunning, a true work of art, and the fruit itself was fresh and absolutely delicious especially the huge chocolate dipped strawberries!

I would like to say a huge thank you to the team. My order was extremely last minute, which meant I went to collect the item from the unit directly. However getting an amazing bouquet within 2 hours of ordering was an amazing feat considering a busy Saturday.
I want to express my gratitude and to say I would recommend this place to everyone.
My only critique would be that there should be a dedicated call handler. I have not marked down for this because they don't advertise for same day service and despite all odds they went out their way for me...so I was extremely lucky and very thankful to them all x

I’ve used them once before last year and was very happy with the service.
I called today to make a last minute order and they went out of there way to accommodate me. I would like to specifically thank Sam, she was extremely helpful, polite and professional and made sure my order got there in time. I recommend berry bouquet to anyone, it’s 5 ⭐️ for me!
Disappointing and upsetting
Placed order by phone as I was having issues with my Internet. Took several attempts to make contact with them. Ordered five bouquets as Christmas gifts for friends. Initially they were helpful with the order and tried to be reassuring about the delivery . I did have my reservations. Originally I was told they could deliver on the 23rd but then they said the 21 or 22nd.
They offered a free upgrade for an early delivery but I don’t think this was honoured. .They contacted me on the day of delivery to advise that errors had been made. I tried to call them back but there was no answer. They advised me that they had delivered early to someone who was not at home. That person actually received a delivery for someone else/another friend! wrong name on wrong box/wrong address. wrong day! In a nutshell my order was stuffed up so I told them I was not happy. In fact I told them I was angry!
They then accused me of being a horrible horrible person. Following on from that they called me evil. they said I had been bombarding them with abuse!? They then blocked me . It wasn’t abuse I was just very disappointed with the service I said I was going to do a review and I guess they knew I was not be happy about the service I received. After speaking with my friends about the deliveries …There was no name on the outside of one of the other packages. And it was left on a front doorstep. (I don’t call that safe! Better instructions need to be given/followed by the courier. )
One delivery did not arrive until the 24th unfortunately. The fruit was squashed and inedible when it arrived. I do have images of the fruits/bouquets that were delivered. To be honest they do not really look much like the images online. Very disappointing.
Not good value for money.
Overall it was extremely stressful. I found the company very very unprofessional I find them quite argumentative too. I do not wish to reorder with them ever again! Overall it was a disappointing experience and I think the company need to remember’ The customer is always right‘ motto. Instead of arguing with customers. I would be happy for them to post any of my comments online as they threatened to do. I am not horrible or evil! On the contrary paying for five bouquets of fruits for friends …

I don’t understand why this company are still arguing with me. I did not abuse them. Online reviews are intended for other customers to see what kind of service they may get. Based on my experience I would highly recommend that nobody purchases from this company. It seems that everyone is just argumentative! I have seen the backchat you have given other negative reviews. It really is not helpful for your business.
Now please leave me alone I don’t want any more responses from berry bouquets company.
I AM NOT A LIAR!!! My friend Linda‘s name was on the box for Jim!! He told me he did not open the first box because it had Linda‘s name on it. He also asked me if I wanted him to deliver it to Linda!! So don’t you dare accuse me of being a liar… I think you will find it is you that is not telling the truth..
Please!! Yes it is Christmas day leave me alone. It has been a horrible experience all round and I do not appreciate you coming back at me when I have taken the time to do a review.
I have some images of the battered fruit that arrived at my friend Linda‘s house yesterday. When I can work out how to upload it I will!! It was shameful. It was rotten and battered… Please don’t blame DPD. I blame companies who are greedy at Christmas and take on too many orders.
