BerCert.com Anmeldelser

I was told I’d get a report and it was just a tic box report. I expected a more detailed one as I wanted to know how to retain heat eg windows poor. The windows at the back of my home downstairs are triple glazed and only 10 years old. €240 for less than 30 mins in house a waste of money.

A Smooth experience

I found BER CERT very helpful and professional

Prompt calls

Prompt efficient and courteous

Super easy and quick

very easy to use

would recommend highly

The guy that did the BER was very friendly and professional.

Very easy experience from start to finish. Quotes come in and pick one you like. Thank you.

Easy to book.

This experience was shocking, the guy came to the house, spent 3 hours and then mailed 1 week later to advise he could not issue a cert. We paid 210e and got a refund of 170e

Great Service
Excellent Assesor
Arrived on time and completed all professionally
Would highly recommend

The site made it very easy to get multiple quotes and dates available. My assesor was Alan and he arrived when he said he would and I received my cert promptly. Id recommend this service

Easy process from getting a quote to completion of the survey. Highly recommend using the site

Why is there such huge disparities in the prices these ber assessors are charging for these certs, one hours work and I was given a quote for as high as €910 and lowest €190 for exact same service. Are they pulling these figures out of their arse pockets :-(
Cheapest price is to go through an estate agents they usually have a very good and reasonable ber assessor on their books

The site itself is great, but it would be better if the individual assessors could be rated so you know what you are getting. The assessor I hired was ridiculously slow in their response to schedule the inspection and therefore I did not get an inspection as soon as I needed. I was scheduled for a 9am assessment on a Saturday morning for which the assessor disappointingly arrived over 2 hours late which was totally disrespectful, and when I asked them for the SEAI form to be completed as soon as possible they wanted to charge extra for expediting it which I found very cheeky. I am still waiting for the forms a week later. I would not recommend this assessor to anyone else but no way of warning others.

Great Website. Straight to the point. Very easy access to BER Registered Companies. Very reasonable prices. BER Cert done within a week..10/10.

The first booking I had arranged, cancelled the night before the ber was to get started and I requested my 40 euro deposit back and twelve days later I still haven’t received it.I booked a second BER two days later and promised me he’d have it done in four days and 9 days later I’m still waiting on it and all he is concerned about is how snd when he’s getting paid,so I think think the service is very poor and frankly I’m going to go further with this matter, especially regarding non refund of deposit
