Very reliable. No hassle .

Digital workflow encouraged competitive bidding, which started at the high end for my size of house and came down to reasonable price levels. The rated BER accessor I accepted was responsive to communications, actioned the rating timely, and delt seemlessly with my property agent and tenants. He produced a professional product in the cert and advisory report.

Zero fuss for a fee, with a good report and cert to follow. Well recommended for anyone looking for a BER cert on their property.

Finding a BER assessor was very easy using the website. I was able to get quotes from multiple assessors for the date and time that suited my needs. the assessor, Philip O Connor was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He provided our cert the very next day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a BER cert.

Everything went sweetly. No hustle at all.

Very efficient service and priced competitively. Assessor turned up on time, very professional and issued the BER Cert within 48hrs. Great service, booking system is so easy to use and definitely recommend.

The time it took to receive the certificate. 2 weeks from visit

Got a quick appointment and Assessor completed work in a timely fashion...highly recommend

All this website does is add €40 to the price of getting a BER done. They take €40 to process giving someone else a BER, they don't actually provide anything.

Go to your the SEAI's website and source a cheaper deal with a local assessor.

Google SEAI Public Assessor Search
(They don't allow links on here)

Easy to book a BER assessment, and got a very fast response from the assessor. Assessment was done as per the appointment date and time.
Very happy with the process.

After receiving 3 quotes from different BeR we went ahead with one of them. He came to the house and paid in full. The cert arrived a few days later. But there was no report/ advisory report. So after several emails/ texts and phone calls all ignored, I’m still awaiting the report 3 weeks later.

Really easy to use. Quick response from multiple assessors. Very happy with John Keane who provided an excellent service at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with the site.
