I purchased a Benross Pro Compact Push Trolley in March 2025, from American Golf. First AG did not tell me about the 3 year warranty that Benross offer and there was nothing in the box either to direct me. The trolley has snapped in two places after 18 months of use. I contacted AG and they told me to contact Benross directly. Neither of the two phone numbers work, and I have had zero reply to my email and photographs sent. Like other reviews I will not purchase another product from Benross or American Golf in future.

Golf trolley just snapped and as outside the one year guarantee, American Golf suggested I contact Benross Golf directly as clearly an unacceptable fault. Three emails later and no response. Copied the Chairman into the last one and still no response. Customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority for him and his team.

We will never purchase from Benross Golf again and wouldn’t recommend any of our friends and family do either.

Bought my Benross Pro Compact Push Golf Trolley on 26th June 2024 from American Golf, Wythall. After just 14 months one of the arms to the wheels just snapped, rendering the trolley useless. Wanted to attach a 'photo to this review but can't find a facility to do so. Have looked after the trolley well since new and didn't expect such a short life.

Benross slider golf trolley is very poor quality.
The mechanism for locking the trolley in place is weak plastic and breaks.
American golf suggest gluing it!
Customer service not interested and hid behind warranty even though it is a quality issue.
Do not buy, they are rubbish!

I have been trying to register my new cart bag for the 3yr warranty, first of all when I try to put the details on the registration form it states the information is wrong
when I tried to phone Benross with the number on its website it states it dose not exist.
Contacted American Golf to explain the problem they couldn't do it either. They then e.mailed Benross on there system asking them to contact me about my problem this was on last friday I have not got any reply.
What kind of company puts telephone numbers on their website that don't exist, also American Golf gave me a number that they said was what they use to contact Benross low and behold that dose not work either.
Reading other reviews this has been issue for quite a while so what the hell is going on at Benross. I bet no one will reply to this message either

I have a Benross BR Pro 004 putter, this is a great putter but I have a problem. I lost the weight package and cannot replace them. I tried customer service via email and received no reply, all listed phone numbers are not in use. American golf say buying extra weights is not possible. So, Great putter but don't lose the weights, pretty poor for a £200 putter.

Très mauvaise expérience avec un sac Benross soit disant waterproof et qui au bout de deux ans a toutes les fermetures éclair HS.
J’appelle ça de l’obsolescence programmée et la prochaine fois j’irai voir ailleurs que chez ces rosbifs.

I bought twin lampposts solar powered for my garden and one light is always dim. I have recharged and my batteries are new. But the lamp only lasts one night then is dim until I put in new batteries!
The othe lamp is fine. Shines with the sun!
I have complained but to no avail. Oh I expect £44 is nothing to some people !!? But it is to me! Thanks for nothing!

I have a 7 handicap and have been struggling with a bad back for the last couple of years. I have always played with premium clubs and had not considered Benross before. Looking at the clubs, they use top quality components so I thought I would try a set of Aero X woods, rescues and irons. They are so easy to hit and I am getting good flight and reasonable distance and my confidence is returning as a result. These clubs are incredible value and do exactly what the manufacturers say. Thoroughly recommended and I regret that I thought they would not be as good as the big name brands. I am 69 years old and previously been a low handicap golfer.

Got a set of delta x woods absolutely love them easy to hit and really forgiving and a great price point, can’t see why you’d need to spend more.

Just bought a full set of custom fitted AeroX irons,woods and hybrids.Not only fantastic value,but my game has improved by at least 8 shots each round.Would highly recommend looking at this make when replacing clubs.
