Come on Benny's! You have great products, but reading other reviews on here, it's your delivery time that lets you down, badly! What are using, 'Snails Delivery Services'?

Also, it's all very well to say contact us, but you don't reply to emails!

Not received the shaving razor blade, still 27th October 2024. Hopefully will turn up Monday 28th October ..

Placed an order 7 days ago. Still not been dispatched. Emailed twice - no reply. The phone number I found doesn’t work. Terrible service. Avoid!

Delivery service was abysmal. They told me delivery would be on Thursday afternoon then changed that to early evening and then said by 9pm on Thursday. None of these delivery times were met. They then told me Friday and it eventually was delivered at 8.30pm on Friday night.

Benny's products are first class luxury! Love the shaving cream & the shaving balm also. Please let me know when the balm is back in stock so l can order. Thanks. Chris..

I would like to buy many things from Benny's but unfortunately they appear to be out of stock of just about everything! Come on Benny's, you can do better than this surely!

I have ordered direct and their products have always been great. Having read the reviews on here I ordered via Amazon on 31st August. Today they confirmed that they had no contact from 'the seller' and were refunding. Such a shame - the products were good, I can only take it that something bad has happened :o(

I ordered the Saving cream, the product is good, I use it often. The delivery was very slow and the communication from Benny's non existent. I queried twice why it was taking so long and do they have a delivery date, using the email address from their web site. Never got a reply.

Never received item. Didn't respond to Email. Thanks but no thanks.

Have not even Recieved my Shave Cream from Royal Mail Email said was being Delivered last Thurs by 15.00 now Tracking says it's in Truro Cornwall when it was already in London Sorting Office What a Total Scam have Ordered many Times from Benny's now I'm stuck with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

I placed the order at an old address. Contacted them by email and over the phone and received no reply or response on the phone.

They have no options to change an existing order on their website. Should be a pretty simple thing to do.
