Actually no stars !
I ordered on eBay 28 January money gone very quickly! I was excited I always wanted this colour!
But the service is zero . I chased chased and chased I received a few replies:
- on way
- been cancelled and refunded
- on way
So today is April still no money no order
It’s very upsetting !
I still hope they will send my money or my order!
I reported to eBay I’m waiting for their reply

It’s been over a month and still no sign of my trainers

SCAM. Shoes never sent. Sellers stopped returning emails. No sign of shoes or refund. Order was 2 months ago and doubt I will ever receive my money back.

I purchased two pairs of trainers, and it took two weeks for them to arrive, but this was only after I opened a case through PayPal highlighting the issue. When they finally arrived, one pair was the wrong size, and the other wasn’t true to size. I also highly doubt they were genuine trainers.

Getting a response about returning them was another nightmare. I had to open another PayPal case just to get the return instructions and to ensure I got a refund. On top of that, I had to pay for the return shipping myself. They finally agreed (through PayPal) to issue a refund, which I eventually received, but the whole process was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Buy from a reputable and genuine business instead. AVOID!!

My Nike Air's finally arrived after 3 weeks.
Happy with the trainers and the price was good compared to other retailers.
I was unnerved by them not picking up the phone and taking a few days to respond to email. Who ever it is really needs to work on their customer services communications process. All present and correct though, finally. Would use again knowing this.

Order took over 3 weeks to arrive and I’m pretty sure the trainers are fakes. Ignoring phone calls and emails. Do not order from Bennimarceau. Fingers crossed I’ll get some cash back from my bank.

Update: Trainers are confirmed to be fakes by legit Hoka retailer. The plastic smells cheap and compared to real trainers stitching in wrong place.

Avoid - trainers were the best price on the web but took an age to arrive - and did not get a response to chasing messages until pay-pay chased them - know very little about the trainer market but I'm not wholly convinced these are genuine branded trainers or possibly some sort of grey import or stolen to order maybe who knows - if you want a amazon next day peace of mind shopping experience then pay a bit more and go elsewhere.

I ordered the item on the 8th of December for a Christmas present. I contacted customer service several times just to be told it would arrive soon. I still haven’t received the order or a refund. Please stay away from ordering from this company!

Took over 3 weeks to arrive and didn’t turn up on time for Christmas! I emailed a few times but they were quite rude and couldn’t care less. I’m not even sure the trainers are authentic!

Ordered trainers 3 weeks before Christmas for my boys present. Didn’t arrive and no answer when questioned where my order was.
However they did arrive eventually, so bonus there.

At first I thought I got scammed, as delivery time was around 3-4weeks. Costumer service assured me of a date if there was any delay, and responded to every email. I, of course, checked the box and shoes for authentication and I was very pleased. The trainers are really nice and despite the long wait I am happy with my order.

Had to send a few emails as delivery took longer than I expected (3 weeks). Good communication from BenniMarceau. Trainers arrived today and it was worth the wait, great product!

Excactly the same experience as the other person. I guess that's £90 I'm not getting back!

DO NOT USE!

As per the other reviews, this is obviously a scammer. The website looks good, but it's not a reputable company or seller. The address is just a flat near Finchley. Made an order over a week ago and nothing has been dispatched. I've tried contacting them via the website and two different phone numbers, and I've been ignored. I've asked for a refund but don't expect to hear anything back. Luckily I used PayPal so I should get my money back, but I'll have to wait a week or two for it. People like this make me sick to my core.

The shipment took 3 weeks!!! Now I want to return the article and in order to speak with customer service through email and chat is taking ages! Horrible services

I ordered an item on 11th December which I was told was in stock. It was a Christmas present. Today is the 27th December and it still hasn’t been shipped. I assume this website is a scam. Will be arranging a charge back with my credit card company.

Scam website-same issue as below review, ordered an item which never arrived, having to make a claim via PayPal to get my money back! Grammatical errors all over emails and full of lies

If I could give no stars for this company, I would. As per the previous review I also placed an order on the 4th December. I’ve left voicemails & they don’t call you back. I’ve emailed them and they’ve given me different delivery dates with no sign of the goods I ordered!! I will be reporting them to the Trading Standards, they shouldn’t be allowed to be trading. They have my money and my son is without his Christmas present. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do not purchase from this company, I ordered an item on the 4th December and it still hasn’t arrived. Despite me trying to email, call, chat with this company, I am still no further on. Shocking service, when I called a grumpy guy just said “hello” I had to squeeze any information out of him - very unprofessional indeed!

Edit - The item arrived on the 27/12/24, very poorly packaged and no apology for the delay. I complained to PayPal and I received a tracking number on the 23/12/24 from the seller, saying the item would be with me by the 24/12/24, sadly it wasn’t. Will not be using this company again!

SCAMMER - AVOID THIS SELLER. Took our money and never delivered the item. Repeatedly refused to provide any proof of postage or tracking information. Kept quoting different delivery timelines. Evasive, poor communications. We had to get EBay to step in who instantly refunded us, as it was obvious the seller was in the wrong. Sadly as a result of this exceptionally poor service, my daughter had nothing to open on her birthday. Shocking service.
