Photo came fast and it it very nice but the canvas is stapled at a slant making it look like it’s not hung up level. Reaching out to support to see what can be done

This company really delivered wonderful service! My art was finished and delivered to my house very fast and in beautiful condition. My son and daughter in law met after both of their Papas had passed away. One of the things that connected them was that they were both raised by their grandparents due to their parents being addicts. ( I have been clean for 17 years now) They married and had their first IVF baby (my beautiful granddaughter) and would never be able to have a family photo that included both of their Papas. I sent the photos to Benicee, and let them know what I wanted, they sent me a draft within 24 hours which was beautiful, but I wanted to change a few things. Benicee emailed me back a new draft of the changes I requested. It was perfect! But the real deal would be to see it in person. My package arrived within a short time (way before Christmas) and when I opened it, I was stunned, not only at the quality of the material, but how realistic the graphics were and how well the photo turned out!

Hands down, one of the best items I have ever purchased, well worth the money, (I would have paid more) and I can't wait to see their reaction when they open it Christmas Morning!!

The picture was awesome loved it

I never received my canvas which was a memorial for my son who recently lost his father. UPS delivered my package to the wrong address. I filed a claim with UPS and reached out to this company twice by email and haven’t received a response. I’m very disappointed in the customer service with this company especially with this being a Christmas gift. I’ll be reaching out to my bank institution for a refund.

I ordered an ornament for mine and my wife’s first Christmas married and it turned out so good. The quality was more than what I was hoping for. I didn’t get a tracking number so I contacted customer support and they got back to me in a timely matter and made sure my order was taken care of. I will definitely be using them again.

I forgot to add the name of my dear pet and the team reached out to confirm the name before completing my order. My order still came in very quickly and looks great. A beautiful tribute to our late cali bear I get to see on my wall.

Very poor quality material, and the picture was blurry. Definitely not a $100 blanket, not even a $50 blanket.
