My 5yr canvas turned out so great! We've been together for 15yrs, but celebrating our 5 yr wedding anniversary with this piece was everything. The pictures look great and the order came in so fast. Definitely give them a try. You'll love yours just as much.

I was Google-shopping for a personalized Christmas gift for our family member, for something special. Happened across this site, and gave it a shot. At first, I had second thoughts, but I ended up just letting it go. To be honest, I really wasn’t expecting anything amazing from here, expecting pretty low quality bc I’ve never heard of this place before, but the order was already in and just said “f* it”. A couple weeks later, it finally comes in. To say I was blow away would be an understatement. Now I don’t know anyone from this place, nor have I ever done business with the in the past. The quality was amazing and the pictures came out perfectly clear with no blemishes, spots, fading, misplacement or anything. It was exactly as I hoped. The texture was super soft and clean- I was seriously impressed. Blown away. Again- was expecting mediocre at best prior to getting it.
Not to mention , our family member loved it just as much as us. So,- Perfect! Would definitely recommend and will possibly order again next year for Christmas gift(s).

The item was absolutely perfect—just like it looked online! Even with Christmas and New Year’s in the mix, the shipping was incredibly fast and it arrived sooner than I expected. I’m so grateful. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a canvas print as a Christmas gift for my in-laws, and it was an absolute waste of money. Three of the six photos on the canvas were severely blurry, despite appearing clear when I uploaded them and approved the proof. The photos were clearly damaged during printing or production.

Customer service was completely useless. Instead of taking responsibility for their defective product, they blamed me for supposedly using “bad photos” and offered a laughable 20% discount on a future order. No replacement, no refund, no real resolution—just finger-pointing.

I spent over $100 on a Christmas gift that is embarrassing and not even worth hanging on a wall. This company stands behind neither their products nor their customers. Entirely unacceptable. I will NEVER order from them again.

Thank you BENICEE SHOP I commissioned a commemorative photo of my dog that recently passed away with the wings and when I opened the package, it was absolutely stunning. I couldn’t hold back my tears; I am thoroughly delighted with my order. They did an exceptional job. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Great customer service. When prompted for a preview and I wanted a few things fixed. They got back to me quick and had fixed everything the way I wanted. It was a great gift for my boyfriend who had just lost his dog. It was cute and perfect that they customized it just like the dog.

Excellence service and reliable

This is the first time I ordered a product from Benicee Shop, and I have so much worried about it. Most specifically the delivery on time, I personally emailed the costumer service if they my order will be arrived on time and they said it might not be on time because because its holidays and of course I understand because of the holidays coming. But I got surprised when I got an emailed that my order already in the way and I received it 1 week before Christmas. Im soooo happy. When I opened it i feel satisfied and sooo much happy because the quality of the product is best quality and it printed clearly and nicely.
