Ben Hogan founded his Company in 1953 … the same year he won The Masters, The U.S. Open, and the Open Championship. He promised to do things differently, and to manufacture clubs 'as near perfect as modern-day tools can perform'. Mr. Hogan's words, philosophy and commitment to innovation continue to inspire us. Like Ben Hogan, we are challenging the status quo to bring you 'the finest golf equipment money can buy' at more affordable prices than ever before. Golf equipment has gotten too expensive, and the process of buying it is far too complicated. We're changing that.

Their customer service is first rate. They are responsive and give full explanations either by direct response or by sending links to their website location or other websites.
I have only had a few occasions to ask for assistance and the response was fast and accurate.

Shipped wrong clubs. When I notified customer service they insisted that I take pictures of not only the clubs but the box (the box) they were shipped in.

The service is off the charts
The service is off the charts. I run a small sports shop so I can appreciate good customer service. My bag arrived in 2 day to NC from TX and I was given a 10% discount code...sweet! The prices are right in line w/ the customer service...awesome. I buy sports gear wholesale all the time and these prices can't be far from wholesale. I will be buying more from Ben Hogan Golf.

Panel for the club cover zip off for engraving.
The panel of the tour bag zip off so one can have it engraved---very ingenious! Very light. The umbrella holder is easy to miss at first. Overall no complaints.
