Excellent customer service, excellent product

The tech was patient and after talking about what I was experiencing provided good tests for me to do. We were able to isolate my problem quickly and resolve the issue.

Purchased a brand new Autostacker and it does not work. The company said I needed a 220 line. When the electrician installed a 220 line, he said it will not regardless because the electrical work inside the console was a fire hazard, and one section needed to be replaced. So attaching the console to the 220 line would be dangerous. The installer (outside contractor) is telling it also needs to be replaced but the company does not. The solution is I am stuck with a lift that does not work and tech support just keeps giving me the run around. Stay away.

Ordered a HD-9sw DOUBLE CAR LIFT 6/20/24 power unit failed immediately, leaving both vehicles stranded on the lift.. 2 power units have failed .. MY CARS ARE IN THE AIR!

Mid-lift product purchased: manual shows grease fittings on pivots but unit came with none. So how to you get grease to the high load areas? Customer service (CS) said apply lithium grease to the outside…absolutely insane. Prewiring on the raise button should be on the normally open contact but came on the normally closed so when power is applied the motor runs. It’s even shown on the NC contact in the manual…insane but correctable. Multiple CS contacts very unhelpful. Promised many times to get back, never did unless I called back. One reply highlighted the hydraulic return line back to a pressure port…insane and dangerous. Except for the missing grease fittings the hardware appears to be ok.

Tech support dept is the worse i have ever had. I will not buy a product supported by this company.

My review is specifically around their sales team. After the unfortunate experience of speaking with Alex in sales, it was really horrible. He was very pushy, he flat out lied about sales and offers available (guessing to up his commission), and he was rude.

Shop elsewhere. Their sales team is really horrible and they have no interest in fixing the issue.

Great lift built to last and quality construction. Buy with confidence. Talk to sales man Curtis he was very helpful.

My experience with Benpack was the worst. These people have no clue what they ship, nor do they want to help you when you get it and have to deal with what they shipped you. I chose bendpack because I thought they were the best. After my experience they are definitely the worst. They shipped me an already damaged lift. I. Tried to work with their so called support group which don’t know anything and certainly does not want to help. They don’t even care that they shipped you a defective part. I asked for my money back and they would not give me my money back. Guys I could go on, but I will just say they did nothing to make this right. Buy from another company. You will be treated better and will get what you paid for. Hope this goes to heart so you don’t have the experience I had.

Bought a BendPak car lift that was set up wrong by a paid company that should have know there was a problem. Accessories were sold to me that were incompatible with the lift I bought. I have a classic car in the air that I can’t lower because of permanent damage that will occur if I lower the lift. This has been going on for weeks without anyone coming to help. Salesman is MIA. Salesman says it is not my department, “I passed in on.” They will not call me, only emails that aren’t much help. Customer service is very poor. Buy from another company.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% CORRECT! Went on the website, purchased the lift I wanted, and they charged my credit card. A week goes by, I get an email that the lift they sold me is discontinued. Tried to up sell me for an additional $1600.00. I asked for a refund twice, nothing. Finally, after two phone calls and an hour on the phone, I was told a refund would happen within 7-10 days. We shall see. No one I spoke with was helpful or apologetic, or tried to work anything out. Customer rep was too busy going to lunch to take my call or email me back.

If I could give negative stars to this company I would. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! DON'T DO IT!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET A LIFT.
My husband purchased a 2 post lift back in July of 2022. We have patiently waited 9 months to take delivery of the lift in which was delivered, March 14, 2022. We were told they were on back order. We received the lift, and scheduled a company come to install it for us. Upon unboxing the lift, one of the posts had a broken weld the ENTIRE length of the post. SERIOUSLY??? who inspects them before they are shipped? Why would they even send it out to the customer like that? Now trying to get the DEFECTIVE post replaced they want us to wait an additional 6 weeks. We have already waited over 9 months. We are ready to put this lift out to the curb and have them pick it up! My husband has called too many times to follow up and we get different answers. No one calls back as promised. Then you have to start your whole story over with a new person. COMPLETLY A JOKE!! No professionalism, no follow through, horrible mistake. BUYER BE CAUTIOUS.

I purchased a new Bendpak HD9 XW that was shipped to me. After opening it I found that both cross beams had pins for the guide blocks welded on at angles so they wouldn’t even come close to fitting. Obviously no QA / QC here. When I called to get them to send me new parts, they suggested that I HIT IT WITH A HAMMER UNTIL IT WAS WAS SORT OF STRAIGT. Like are you kidding me? What kind of company would even suggest that and then they refused to send me new parts. Calling it “shipping damage” when clearly they had welded it this way and painted it afterwards. Zero paint damage, just pristine paint and yet they try to call it shipping damage and suggested maybe even I had done it. Then I find the runway is also bent so badly it won’t bolt up. Again they say just bend it back. So this really isn’t ok with me.
What a shame. Used to be top notch lifts and now the cheap made in China ones are better quality than they are. So disappointing.

Bendpak lifts are junk. I bought the best available and upon lifting my Mustang the HPU blew AT fluid all over the floor of my brand new garage. Not only is their product subpar, their customer service is one of the worst I’ve had to deal with. They refused to replace their crappy HPU with another. Offered to send me a new gasket kit. After I declined and agreed to ship the entire lift system back to them. They decided to only refund me $700 of the $1700 that I paid for the unit due to “damage during shipping.” It was in perfect condition when I dropped it off at THEIR couriers location. Total crap, DO NOT BUY from these crooks.

Filter crusher was dead on arrival. No one has ever called back or responded to e-mails. We have called in dozens of times with no results. We have spent hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem remotely for them but never get anywhere. The rep eventually gives up and promises too call back the next day but never does. They asked for photos and videos that we sent multiple times but they always say they never got them. Don't ever buy shop equipment from someone without support in your area. Worst experience I've had in 40+ years.

Products don't last had my lift motor quit a year into using it and all though they were helpful trying to trouble shoot the cause it still did not work and I had to shell out more money for a new motor to continue working instead of having scrap metal hanging around the shop. i do not recommend buying products from them

I have no idea where to even start. I ordered the 7000 XLT Jack For a project I was starting in a couple weeks. A couple weeks Pass by and I have no problem And $2000 of my account. So I called to find out what's going on They say there's been a problem And it's still sitting on the truck. So I asked him to please kindly cancel my order because I had to go another route for the Project that I had planned on using them for. Maybe just to say I've already lost money due to never get in them in time. The next thing I know they're being delivered Almost a couple weeks later. I called them up so they need to come back and get them I don't need them anymore. Well now I'm fighting to get my credit back nobody wants to give me my credit and they also want to charge me A restocking fee because The internal issues they had with their company. I hate to say it but I was really looking forward to using Is this Jack System. I will have to go and find another company that I can use for my next project I will not recommend bedpack or quick Jack To anyone. I really wish that I could have been giving a better Review and a review on how the product actually worked. But I will never know

On October 7, 2022 after 5 months of trying to get a wheel balancer combo machine which arrived defective we obliged everything customer service/warranty rep requested; including working on the machine for which we have no expertise in. We were promised compensation which has yet to arrive, no one returns our calls or emails. We just consistently get ignored. No one ever has a solution but they transfer you to a VM or an extention that tells you to press buttons for this and that and still no one answers. This is the promise which has not been fulfilled-

We want to make sure we get you taken care of and keep our end of the deal by cutting you a check for self-diagnosing and attempting to repair the equipment for the amount of $188.00.

Junk lifts. Parts are expensive. In 5 years I've replaced 3 pumps. 1 ram. 2 hydraulic lines, both turn plates. Biggest pos I've ever owned. Can't even get trade in value on it because no one wants them. Buy a rotary lift!

I PURCHASED A RANGER RB24T TO BALANCE SEMI TRUCK TIRES FROM AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT SPECIALISTS /MARIO BURBANK CA. UPON ARRIVAL THE MACHINE I MOUNTED 2 NEW MICHELIN TIRES ON 2 NEW ALUMINUM WHEELS, THE LIFTING TRAY WOULD NOT LIFT STRAIGHT  AND AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO BALANCE TIRE AND HAVING THE LIFT HANDLES MARR THE NEW ALUMINUM WHEEL I REACHED OUT TO THEM AND THEY SAID "IT'S NOT OUR JOB TO TEACH YOU HOW TO OPERATE THE MACHINE" THEN WE DID A VIDEO CHAT AND I WENT THRU  CALIBRATING THE MACHINE AND BALANCING THE TIRE THEN IT WOULD NOT STAY BALANCED (IF YOU TOOK IT OFF THE MACHINE ROLLED IT AROUND THE FLOOR AND PUT IT BACK ON IT WOULD WANT MORE WEIGHT TO BE BALANCED) .THEN FINALLY THEY SENT THEIR TECH OUT WHO TOLD THEM NOT THE OPERATOR,BUT A FAULTY MACHINE .THEN THEY SEND OUT 2 NEW COMPUTER MODULES ON 2 SEPARATE SHIPMENTS THEY WERE INSTALLED  AND STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY ALMOST A YEAR LATER THEY SEND OUT ANOTHER MACHINE ,I OPEN THE CRATE AND THE LIFTING TRAY IS BENT ,WELDED ON BENT! LEAST THEY COULDA DONE WAS CHECK IT BEFORE SENDING IT OUT AND THIS MACHINE WILL NOT BALANCE THE TIRE EITHER! OR LET ME SAY IT WILL ONLY BALANCE THE TIRE TO THAT MACHINE ONCE, ONCE IT IS TAKEN OFF THE MACHINE IT WILL NOT SHOW BALANCED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT IS NORMAL BY JEFF BENDPACS SUPER TECH, VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.AFTER TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THESE MACHINES I WAS TOLD THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL MACHINE AND IT WORKS PROPERLY,REALLY??I TOOK 2  TIRES DOWN TO A REPUTABLE TIRE STORE HAD THEM BALANCE TAKE OFF THE MACHINE ROLL THEM AROUND PUT BACK ON TO CHECK THEM AND THEY STILL SHOWED BALANCED , ,POSTED THEM ON YOU TUBE SO THEY(bendpac ) said WE cant see the video you sent COULD SEE THE VIDEO AND WAS TOLD THAT'S NOT A PROPER TEST !YOU NEED TO CALIBRATE THE MACHINE BALANCE THE TIRES AND PUT ON THE TRUCK NO FURTHER CHECKING IS NEEDED. WHEN I DONE THAT AT 40 MPH YOU COULD NOT STEER THE TRUCK!! I TOOK BACK TO THE TIRE BALANCE SHOP HAD THEM BALANCE THE TIRES AND RECHECK THEM AND TRUCK DROVE FINE BUT THEY STILL SAY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MACHINE.BUYER BEWARE AS I DON'T THINK THEY CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT SELLING MACHINES. I FOUGHT THIS FOR MONTHS AND THEN THEY SEND ME A MACHINE WITHOUT DOING ANY TESTS ON IT JUST SENT OUT ANOTHER MACHINE LET HIM FIGURE IT OUT ? I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY MONEY OR A WORKING MACHINE SINCE 8/30/21 VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM OR BUYING THE RANGER RB24T MACHINE AS THE WORD BALANCED MEANS BALANCED NOT WE CAN BALANCE THE TIRE AND WHEEL ON OUR MACHINE JUST DON'T CHECK IT MORE THAN ONCE!!! THE UNDO STRESS THEY HAVE CAUSED ME DEALING WITH THE FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND HOPEFULLY ONE OF THE UPPER MANAGEMENT WILL SEE AND READ THIS,, AS WHEN I ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO SPEAK TO I AM TOLD THERE IS NO ONE.  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I ASKED FOR REFUND AND GET THE RUNAROUND ,WELL SEND IT BACK IF WE DON'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY MINUS SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES REALLY YOUR TECH IS HERE GET THE MACHINE TO WORK AND I WILL KEEP IT. BUT NO ALL I HEAR NOW IS CRICKETS.
