If I could give a -5 stars, I would I do not recommend doing business with this company. They are extremely unprofessional. They are very unpleasant and rude on the telephone. Their customer service is not customer service. They hang up on you and do not want to answer your questions. I think this may be someone doing this out of their home. When you ask questions, they’re gonna hang up on you and you’re not gonna receive your merchandise. If you do decide to do business with them, the most positive thing I can say to you is good luck.

The shoes are actually fine. Description "orthopedic" but no support inside. However, as others have noted, they tack on a $9.99 "shipping insurance" charge AFTER you confirm payment. It's absolutely fraudulent, a total scam. I can pay about $10 to ship them back or eat the extra charge I didnt agree to. Shame on you, Belro Zapostore. Very poor business practice. You'll never get repeat business with dishonest business practices.

Please don’t order from this company huge scam customer service is very rude refuse to let me know if my shoes had been shipped and said plainly no to refund. Then hung up on me.

Buyer beware

When i attempted to order a pair of sandals from Belro my credit card was rejected 3 times as fraudulent.
Upon entering my husband’s card i was able to complete the order for the $24.99 pair of sandals.
Immediately 2 Order #’s appeared, one for $9.95 for some kind of unauthorized fee,
and the sandals increased in price to $34.98, apparently tagged with another “service” charge.
I immediately called customer
service to encounter a very belligerent man i could barely understand who was accusatory to me.
I hung up and called again to cancel everything and I was promised that would happen.
Only the mysterious $9.95 was removed.
I then emailed customer service
to cancel, well within their 24 hr window policy.
Immediately a return email claimed that was not possible as the order had already been processed and was on its way, but they would give me a 25%
discount if i would keep the product and accept the “refund” now.
My response was , no,
that it was clear this “company” is an illegal scam and with documentation i will contest this charge and report Belro to my state’s Attorney General’s office.
Immediately i received a response that, with further consideration they would cancel both orders and charges.
That was Th, the $9.99 showed up again and was again removed.
The inflated sandal charge of $34.98 remains.
As of Monday i am still waiting.

I ordered magnetic eyelashes, and was charged for a warranty and expedited shipping, which I did not request. Called customer service, and asked to be refunded for the entire amount, as well as cancelling the order, as I saw that it had not been shipped out yet. Was told order was cancelled and I was refunded only for the warranty at the time. A week later, I discovered that the order had shipped, and the charges for the item and the shipping remained. Contacted the company and complained, and asked for a return label. Long story short, and many emails back and forth, they offered me a 50% refund if I kept the item. I agreed out of frustration. I never received the 50% refund because I had closed the credit card to avoid any more erroneous charges. Company absolutely refuses to send me a refund in any other form, but instead offered me a discount at their store. I advised them that I will NEVER order from them again, even with a discount, but they still refuse to send me the refund. Don't waste your time or money ordering from Belro.......huge scam!!!!!

I had the same experience as others. It said my card was fraudlent and then it attempted to put 3 charges on my card. My credit card company caught it immediately and called me. I shut my card down right away.

The picture of the item was misleading. Blouse/top was pictured as if it had glitter/sparkles. Top was nothing like the picture. It was a cheap polyester top with "look-like" glitter. The top smelled like a dog. I am terribly disappointed and the warranty of $9.95 was added on even when I attempted to deselect it...smh.
I will NOT order anything else from this company.

This company should be shut down!! These people are serial liars!! I am going to do all but harass their state's attorney general. I'm so tired of people scamming to get by. I ordered one item, unfortunately, but just as scammers do, they double charged me but only refunded me for one of the items!! I relate this sorry "business" to someone selling illegal items. You look for a profit as you hand out subpar products to people, charge them double and lie/dodge when it's time to provide what you should have in the beginning!! But you don't care because your pockets are fat...may others be damned! I'm going to dig my heels in to cause them hell. As much as food and gas is, people need every penny that they have "honestly"(you sorry people have no use for this word) worked for. I hope that the worst karma possible comes to you and this sorry company everyday!!! May your families be effected by the worst karma and when life gets bad, believe it, it will, remember your actions for everything that transpires in the lives of everyone who is a part of this "scamming company"!!

When I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes on the website it showed I purchased two pair. In addition to that, it charged me $9.95 that I did not approve. I could tell the site was sketchy at that point and tried to cancel the entire transaction. I spoke with someone on the phone and they assured me everything would be canceled. Well it was not. The 9.95 was removed but the shoes were not canceled. I called back several times and either got no answer or a recording that said the mailbox was full another time I called back to ask questions about The company and all the names they use and I was hung up on... Do not order from this company. They go by the name jonhom, belro, vershop, And vanta commerce. A lot of layers to make it confusing for the customer to get any type of refund, there is also subscription recurrent but the representative could not tell me what the subscription was for but told me that if I needed mine canceled to provide my email and they would send me a cancellation form but they could not tell me what the b subscription covered or how much? It was very shady

Ordered indestructable dog chew toy. What I got was not what was pictured. Dog took 6 minutes to empty the fluff and remove the squeaker. The ad was misleading, showed the wrong product and did not live up to billing.

ZERO STARS! Picture of item depicted 4 in an order for $34.90. That was only for 1 then they added $9.99 for a warranty I didn't order. Same time they charged me for a 2nd order of 1 item for 24.43.
When calling customer service to cancel they wanted my credit card info, I said no I'll contact online. Operator said "good luck with that". Beware of returns, you have to pay postage back to them.

This company is definitely a SCAM. I tried to buy something yesterday and 3 credit cards were declined. Later that my debit card company alerted me that there were 4 unauthorized charges. A fraudulent charge was also attempted on another card.

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Bought a 2 dog leash that broke within 2 days. Called 7 times to get a refund, spoke to the same RUDE guy 3 of those times who kept screaming and talking over me. Told me I had to return the item when others said I would get a refund without incurring the cost of shipping. I did not want to incur any further expense and just wanted to put this behind me. Belro not only had charged me for the product but added in additional charges of $9.99 and $9.95 for "insurance" and "priority shipping". What bull!!! I continue to fight with them but this is absolutely the worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....EVER. I used them since I was trying to stay away from Amazon and give the other guys a chance. Wow, that worked out well, right!!!

First I placed an order for single pair. The next thing you know an additional charge was taken out of my account for a second pair I didn't order. But thought to myself, it's not that expensive and maybe a spare would be good to have. I waited almost three weeks for my order to arrive.
And what I received for approximately $50. In one case it looked like a pair of gag gift teeth that you can buy in Spencer's for $2.50 and card thanking you for your business. No instructions on how to use the product whatsoever and what was supposed to be a second pair was an empty case.
You can't tell me they couldn't tell there was no product in the package when they shipped it you could feel the weight and hear it jiggle around.
Called to get instructions on how to return my product and was told I would get an email which I never received now I'm out $50 for a pair of gag teeth I could have bought for $2.50.

I tried to order a couple of Bluetooth transmitter / receivers for a decent price from Belro. Since it was my first order, I received an additional 15% discount with the code SAVE15. The website worked just as you would expect. The system discounted the price of the items and the shipping was free, but then it rejected my credit card by popping up a “FRAUDULENT CARD” message. I thought about using a different credit card, but then I read the reviews about other people being scammed by this outfit. Now I will have to closely monitor my VISA card to make sure there are no unauthorized charges. I’ll find a different vendor to deal with.
