Just bought another car from this dealer.
And yet again I'm very happy with the car and service I have received.

1st service of my honda cbr 650 r 2022. Great service. Booking was easy. Lots of reminders. Open on Saturdays :-). Easy check in. Staff very Friendly indeed. Tv was good to watch during the service while have awesome coffee which was all free. Defiantly returning.

Tony & Sean, where do i start. In my opinion it's because of men like this why car salesman have such a bad reputation. I bought a Mercedes Benz GLE Coupe (20 reg) from Tony which was Sarah's own car as they liked to phrase (Sarah is Tony's wife) implying that the car was well taken care off. "it's in top condition, absolutely nothing wrong with the car Tony and Sean said, after all "it's Sarah's own car". On my way driving the car home after purchase, the car fuel cap would not open, here i was waiting for the AA to come and assist on fixing the cap so i can fuel the car. the electric box in the boot of the cover, the cover was snapped and no mention of this before purchase. Nevermind, only minor issues. Within 3 weeks of driving the car, the car lost power and would not accelerate, the vaccum pump had gone (major issue). In addittion, the ABS is also completely gone. All within the first 3 weeks of buying the car from these people and all they kept telling me "there car has had a full inspection and there is nothing wrong with the car, you will be very happy with your purchase". To make matters worse, i just called Tony to have a genuine conversation with the man, and he turned around and told me to "f off" and hanged up the phone. This is the type of people you will be buying a car from! Tony, Sean, thank you very much for the stress and anxiety you have caused me, and thank you for the "f off" message you just gave me.

I test drove a citroen cactus at Bellevue, it was really a lovely car, Malcolm the Sales Manager was really helpful and valued my part-exchange, gave me a great price I could not refuse, I purchased the car with no pressure whatsoever, when I collected my new car it was as promised. Thank you Bellvue

I brought a Nissan Juke last October and had a few issues straight away, one being the oil light wouldn’t go off (even though it had been serviced) and it was very difficult to drive when exceeding 50mph. They did look at this for me but couldn’t find any issues.. I took it to another garage only to find the bolt holding the front wheel on had not been tightened up... A year on and I have just taken this for its annual service and MOT, only for the garage to phone me and say this hasn’t been serviced in a LONG time and needs a full top to bottom check... not very happy as I do a lot of miles and am just lucky I haven’t had more issues.

Got a car from these cowboy and had nothing but trouble..sure they sort a few thing out but 2 years on and nothing was done about the egr which was letting fumes in to the cabin which they was told about but nothing was done. It now costing me Another £240 for a new egr more pay out. I will not buy from there again. Stay away they promise you nothing and I'm now thinking of seeking legal advice..

We went to visit Bellevue Garage a number of times, as we were looking for a new car. I think it was the fifth visit, we found what we were looking for. After consulting with a family member. We decided to go for it. We put a deposit and within a week, we bought the car. The staff was very helpful. They sorted out the paperwork. They gave us a the keys the to the new car. Since we've had it, there's been no problems... so far.

Overall we were happy with our experience and the car we purchased from Bellevue garage we found Tony and his team were very pleasant and professional to deal with throughout our purchasing experience. Prior to purchasing the car I asked Tony for addition information so I could complete the autotrader checks the information from Tony was obtained quickly and correctly with no questions why I wanted it, with that information auto trader was able confirmed the vehicle was 100%. Now the only negative however NOT a complaint, I purchased an electric vehicle from the garage and when I signed into the car/renault I found out that the car require a 5 service from renault or the battery warrenty would not be valid and as the car battery still had 3 years warrenty left we had to get an additional service which was a little frustrating as Tony and his team had the vehicle serviced prior to us picking it up (a little more ev knowledge from the garage could of helped) . Would I use Bellevue garage again the answer is Yes

Used Tony and the guys for years. Very helpful finding the right car for a growing family. Seem like always go the extra mile for us. Had family and friends use also and always happy with there car. They work hard to get you the best price on a deal.

My wife bought her last two cars from Bellevue and have always been pleased with their service and quality of vehicles. An impromptu visit to their forecourt resulted in me also purchasing a car for the same reasons. I was impressed by their down to earth welcoming and honesty throughout the whole process which was not that of your typical car salesman. I am so pleased with my purchase and am sure that when time comes to upgrade the car Bellevue Garage will be my first port of call.
