This is a scam! No one is replying to my emails!
I purchased a dress and nothing!

Do not purchase from them!

If I could give a 0 I would, do not use this company. They sent me 2 items I did not order and when I asked for refund they told me I could have a credit note. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I paid £35 for something I did not order, that is nothing like what was advertised and they refuse to give me my money back. Do not buy anything from this company 🤬

I’ve never received the item and their customer service either ignores my emails or gaslights me stating ‘Our records show your item has been delivered to your address’.

They are now called Belevá London as the previous similar name(s) website(s) aren’t available any longer.

I thought it was a London company. I ordered an outfit which was of very poor quality . Nothing like the photo. Returned it. They refused my refund saying I was out the 30 days. I was in the 30 days, just as they asked for photos, asked me to take 20% reduction. All delay tactics. The Chinese address was ridiculous , it filled the entire package. Numbers, streets, towns, warehouse, regions, area . They forgot to add China. I had to keep asking which country it’s going to. emailed everyday for a month requesting my money. Just thieves, scammers & liars. Pinterest need to shut them down.

Scam..do not buy anything..orders a dress,though it was coming from London..it was actually China..horrible quality..nothing like a picture..and won't get refund..

navigating the web page is awful, pop ups show up and you cannot get rid of them
My mistake, I clicked what I thought would get rid of the pop up and as I had literally just purchased one unit from PayPal, I have no idea how but that one click bought me another unit with a warranty!
Not funny as I googled customer reviews and the epibella came out top.
This is absolutely not the case, it’s a complete scam
They have taken just over £100 of my money and goods have never arrived

Do not order anything from this site,ordered my dress,they took payment & sent me 2 emails saying was dispatched on same day & nothing has arrived, im in contact with emails & they fobbing me off.....

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
IT IS A SCAM SET UP, CHARGING DISCOUNT PRICES FOR GOOD LOOKING PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT WITH QUALITY DESCRIPTION.
YOU THEN HAVE SHODDY GOODS ARRIVE FROM CHINA.
AND THEN UNABLE TO GET A FULL REFUND.

I placed an order in November 2024 and have not received my item. Several emails no response. Obviously a scam. I am going to report to the police as scammers. Fraud!

Wish I had read the reviews before. I ordered on the 1st December and have not received my item. They will not reply to any of my emails.

Absolute scam. Do not order from this company unless you want to lose your money and have your correspondence ignored.

I bought an item at the beginning of December and it never arrived, that company is a fraud, avoid buying anything from them if possible.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering a shirt and a jumper from this company. Neither has arrived, the order was placed on 10th December so in good time for Christmas. I've emailed 4 times but no response. So angry.

Seems like we have been scammed. Don’t be fooled by the good looking social media posts. I thought i had bought a good looking, decent value shirt but never received anything, no contact from seller AVOID this company
