I didn’t realize the heart gem was a sticker. It’s not even centered and pretty obvious. For $100 I didn’t expect it to be real but I also didn’t expect it to be a sticker. Very disappointed in non existent quality. I do like the 2 free items I got more but we’ll see how they hold up.

My daughter loves the cross necklace we got her for her birthday. The only complaint is she says it flips up a lot. It’s annoying to her but she still likes it.

I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the necklace and the company’s return process. I paid over $100 for this necklace, and the color of the gold looked significantly different from what was shown in the online photos. Once I received it, I did not like how it looked in person or on me, and several other people who saw it also commented that the color and overall appearance were not flattering. I contacted the company to request a return and was first asked to send photos, which I did. After that, I was told I needed to package the necklace back exactly as it arrived, take it to the post office, and pay the return shipping myself. What bothers me most is that the customer being responsible for return shipping was not clearly disclosed before I made the purchase. Had I known that I would be responsible for additional shipping costs simply to return an item that looked very different from what was pictured, I may not have made the purchase at all. For a necklace costing over $100, I expected a much better experience and a more transparent return policy. Customers should know upfront what they will be responsible for if an item does not meet expectations. Unfortunately, the combination of the necklace not matching the appearance I expected and the unexpected cost and inconvenience of returning it has left me very dissatisfied. I would not purchase from this company again.

Update: Unfortunately, my experience with this company has continued to be frustrating. After my original review, I was contacted and asked again for information that had already been provided, including my order number and photos. I was later asked for my updated mailing address, which reasonably led me to believe they were going to provide a return shipping label. Instead, I was then told that they do not provide return labels and that I am still responsible for paying to ship the necklace back myself. At this point, I feel I have been given the runaround rather than a clear resolution. There have been multiple back-and-forth messages, repeated requests for information they already had, and unnecessary confusion over a return that should have been simple. Had I known from the beginning that I would be responsible for return shipping on a purchase of over $100, I would have taken that into consideration before ordering. The continued lack of clarity and the amount of effort required just to return an item I was unhappy with has made this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, their handling of the situation has only reinforced my original review.

It's really pretty. I just have to keep adjusting the heart to stay flat.

At first there was a problem with my order . I had to explain it 3 times that it was just the one order . But when I got my jewelry it is just as beautiful as it looks on the site . I would definitely recommend their jewelry.

Disappointing Shipping times...
Understandable since it is coming from overseas to the US
However, delivery wasn't clearly stated. I needed the item as a gift. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in time. I didn't order in enough time since I didn't know the delivery times. Being use to 2-day delivery from popular companies has spoiled me :)

The jewelry is too small. It looks like it would fit a child. The heart piece keeps flipping upside down.

Fast shipping. Beautiful packaging. And even more beautiful product. I have 5 pieces total. I put them on out of the box and haven’t taken them off once, and they are still shining like the first day I got them. Absolutely LOVE. Plan to buy more.

I really wanted to love my second purchase from Bellaucci because I was very happy with the first necklace I ordered. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, particularly because of the lack of transparency around returns and the lack of response from customer service.

I ordered the gold version of the heart necklace after looking carefully at the product photos. Of the four photos shown on the website, three appeared to show a more antique/muted gold, while one appeared to be a noticeably more yellow gold. Since the majority of the photos showed the antique-gold tone, that is what I expected to receive. Unfortunately, the necklace I received is much more yellow gold, which does not work well with my skin tone, so I requested a return.

The website does not make it clear that, although the jewelry is shipped to U.S. customers from a California address, a U.S. customer requesting a return is required to pay for international shipping to England. I only learned this after contacting customer service about a return. That is a significant distinction for a U.S. customer, as international return shipping can be considerably more expensive than domestic shipping. I believe this should be clearly disclosed in the return policy before purchase so customers can make an informed decision regarding purchase and risk.

I was offered the option to keep the necklace for 15% off, but I don’t want to keep an item I won’t wear. I responded that am requesting a full refund and am willing to return the necklace to the shipping location. However, it has now been a week since I emailed regarding the return, and I still have not received a response.

My main issue is not that I didn’t like the color in person; colors can vary between photographs and real life. My concern is that the return process and international shipping requirement were not sufficiently transparent at the time of purchase, and now I am having difficulty even getting a response to resolve the return.

I hope Bellaucci will clarify this information for U.S. customers and improve communication with customers who need to make a return.
