Purchased some wedding shoes which from the website looks like it’s in the Uk. The shoes took 3 days to arrive ,
Which is speedy from the US. I Ensured I ordered a UK size and remember changing the US to an UK and I received a pair of shoes 3 times smaller.
Contacted the company who said I made the mistake, the returns fee is £43 back to the US.
Therefore , I refuse to reorder the same shoes in the correct size . Even though I love the shoes and would have been perfect. I would not recommend buying shoes from here incase they don’t fit because of the returns cost to return.
Staff was also rude on email so not good customer service.

‼️ WARNING!‼️ I wore my butterfly block heels for 1 hour and every butterfly's bottom layer started fraying. The company is claiming "the fraying appears consistent with wear from use"

I wanted to leave a review somewhere for other brides because bellabelle havnt displayed my review on their website. I bought the most beautiful Pearl and lace bridal shoes for my wedding but I wanted to warn other brides that the 3d nature of the design kept catching the netting under my dress when dancing and I have multiple rips in my dress because of this. I bought the shoes because they were so pretty but the heel height really was too short which I now regret. The choice was kitten or super high nothing in between and the design turned out to be impractical. I also do not like brands getting away with only publishing the 5 star reviews.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this via email, I am told that after spending £370 on my bridal shoes which have arrived with an uneven pearl layout on the main part of the bow, you are refusing to cover my postage for the return. I even advised I would purchase another pair! I can't believe you feel this is acceptable quality and service for such a high end pair of bridal shoes.

I bought 2 pair of shoes from Bellashoes off eBay the shoes was delivered in the same parcel yet they charged me 2 large postages . I complained but they said they had every right to do this , the shoes had yellow film on the soles that was invisible untill you wore them and then started peeling off at a wedding i went to I was so embarrassed they hadn't warned me about this . I would not have bought them if I'd have known . I do not recommend this sellar .
