I wanted a support pillow for recovery after surgery and this one ticks every box for me. It is very supportive, the cover is soft and it is large enough to move into various positions to support me. I love that you can buy extra covers for it too. It has been so helpful when trying to get a good night’s sleep whilst in pain. I really can’t recommend it enough.

Customer service given by Leanne was absolutely amazing. Love my pillow too.

I feel like this is one of those products that people rave about because they’re getting paid, when reality is the completely opposite - in my opinion.
First thing to note, immediately after removing it from the packaging the fabric felt cheap - I was expecting a higher thread count cover considering the use it is made for and the amount I would expect to wash it.
It is so, so hard…I genuinely got sore ears from just half an hour lying on it.
It’s absolutely inflexible and overstuffed, it hurt my hips from opening them too much and unless you had very long and skinny legs I can imagine you’d have similar issues. I am 5ft for reference.
There is no bump support whatsoever - it is just too hard and overstuffed, me trying to put my bump on it for support - I’m halfway onto my back.
Overall for the price point - I think I paid around £85, I would recommend trying a cheaper version…this is my first pregnancy and I guess I was blinded by all the 5-star reviews and I wish I had looked further into it.
The no returns policy I also find odd, surely if a product is sub-par any reasonable company who believes in their product would happily accept genuine returns.

I bought a pillow for my elderly bedbound mum who suffering from Parkinson’s. This provided great support to treat bed sores and the home support team were very impressed with it. I’ve now purchased a second pillow to support with her palliative care. Customer service couldn’t be more helpful too when I explained the need for express delivery. Much appreciated.

Buy it! Worth every penny. I bought mine for my first baby in July of 2022 and it’s still not left my bed. I had my second baby in 2024 and it’s fantastic for both sleeping and feeding.

I love the material, it’s smooth and cooling. I haven’t experienced any bobbling in the slightest. The pillow was lovely and full, though after two years of daily use, sadly the inner pillow lining disintegrated on my last wash. I emailed Bellamoon asking if there was an option to buy the inner pillow only and they sent me a new inner completely FREE. It was on my doorstep within three days. I really cannot fault them.

Since the pillow separates into three parts, it’s really versatile. If you follow FLIK on TikTok, you’ll see she uses hers as three pillows to dress her day bed now baby is a toddler - looks lovely!

There is only one negative, according to my husband. He calls it the wall. But after two babies in two years he can swing! The pillow is a way better spoon. 10/10. 5 stars and more.

This is my first pregnancy pillow and I thought bellamoon looked great online. The material of the pillow is very thin and after one wash and use of a couple of weeks, it’s gone all bobbly and just seems cheap. It isn’t overly comfortable, you can lie on one side, but if you want to turn to the other side it’s a mission to move the whole pillow round again to a comfortable position. The stuffing of the pillow is quite rigid and hard. So overall not very impressed

First impression was that the filling is cheap and smells like plastic/very synthetic. The one I’ve received has been over filled and there is no way to adjust plumpness. I thought I would give it some time and use it to see if it flattens out a bit, but I’ve had no luck. It is really uncomfortable and at this point I’m convinced the only thing I can actually use it as, is as a very expensive draft excluder.

Got one of these for my wife and she loves it. Costumer service is absolutely fantastic and they went above and beyond to help us with our order! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great concept for a pillow, however the pictures on social media do not represent the product as it is in real life. The pillows are not as plump and full as in the picture. After 1-2 uses a separation gap in the pillow appeared and it flattened out significantly. After emailing customer service they send me a new pillow which maybe lasted a few extra nights more than the 1st one before it became really flat and loose again.
I think they must be stuffing extra bits for photos because these pillows are very loose, flattened and not supportive at all. The fluffly stuffing bundles up in clumps and gaps appear

The pillow is not as shown in the photos. Much thinner and smaller. The material doesn't cover the zips properly so it's uncomfortable to sleep on.
The quality of the finish is really poor. The seams got completely loose after 5 days of using the pillow.
It's pretty, but don't recommend it.

I really don't love my mine sadly. The fabric is pretty but it is so very uncomfortable. Once I had washed the covers and put It back together it was never quite the same and it's kind of lumpy and feels a bit like cheap firm stuffing inside. It hurts my ear and the zips are quite sore on my legs! This is my fourth pregnancy so I have used other pillows in the past that were a lot cheaper and much comfier. I feel a bit like I wasted my money which is a shame as they look so nice on their socials.

I am giving Bella Moon 5 stars for customer service. While the product I received was not to the standard I expected, Bella Moon recognised the fault and not only very quickly responded to me but also gave me a full refund. It can be quite hard to find this kind of customer service these days so I am very happy with this and grateful for them taking my complaint seriously. Thank you, Bella Moon!

I cannot recommend BellaMoon Enough!!
when my son Woody lost his blanket on a walk (It may have been me who lost it!) i was so sad because the brand website and all other online retailers had sold out of that Blanket so so I was unable to replace it. It was a 2.5hr hilly walk over gravel and we retraced our steps - it was nowhere to be found; I can only assume someone found it and saw what a gorgeous perfect blanket it is! (No it wasn’t in any local businesses either)
I had bought it for our first family holiday so we had both grown very attached to it and just seeing it made me smile at the memories. I emailed into customer services to see if they had another of that blanket hiding in a cupboard somewhere and told them what had happened.
Irene responded really quickly and said it had sold out absolutely everywhere, but that she had one at home that was no longer being used by her daughter and she was going to send it out to me and Woody Knowing how attached our children and we get to certain items. I can’t tell you how pleased this made me and I know it sounds silly but I actually Shed a happy tear! This to me is going above and beyond any customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Just knowing that somebody understood how I felt and would literally give me their own blanket to make me feel better!
This Is the personal Touch that most businesses lack nowadays. I recommended Bella Moon before, but now I will shout about how fantastic they are from the rooftops.

Fantastic service and product

I first bought the 3 in 1 dotted pillow in 2022 for my first pregnancy. Not only I, but my partner also loved it.
It was great during the pregnancy for comfort and for tummy time for the baby once born. I really liked the versatility of what this pillow could do, offering great value for money.
It washes really well and is easy to put on and off the insert.
I am currently pregnant and my partner (even more than I) was excited to get the pregnancy pillow from storage to reintroduce it back into our lives. Unfortunately, I cannot find he middle section of the pillow- although I have put together the end sections and it is functional, I know as I get bigger, I will need the full pillow as I am already uncomfortable now. I emailed BellaMoon and sent them a message on instagram and they got back to me in less than 24 hours providing a solution. I couldn't ask for any more. Thank you for your help.
Genuinely, their warmth and kindness, speed of service and products make them fantastic and I would definitely recommend!

Great customer service replaced a pillow case without hastle

I absolutely love the pregnancy pillow we bought for my daughter. She is breast fed so still using the nursing part of the pillow now. It's her comfort place, she contact naps after feeding on it all day. We have to take it everywhere with us as without it she cries. It's been such a saviour and made breastfeeding so much easier and comfier. We bought her the toy bag to match but unfortunately we're too slow to buy the matching mat too :( it's such good quality and the company has fantastic customer service. We highly recommend for all parents/new parents

Pros:
Stylish patterns: The patterns on the pillow are just lovely, adding a nice touch to my bedroom decor.
Three separate parts: The fact that it comes in three separate parts is a game-changer. I can adjust it to fit my sleeping preferences perfectly.
Cons:
Too firm for my liking: I have to admit, the pillow is a bit firmer than I expected. I wish it had a softer feel to it.
Ear discomfort: After using it for a while, I noticed that my ears started to hurt from the firmness. It would be great if there was a softer pillow insert available.

Update: So I had an issue with my first Bellamoon. But the team slresolved the issue and I've got a good one that's not faulty. Very happy with my bellamoon pillow.

I really wish I had done more research into this product before purchasing, that is my fault but being pregnant for first time it can be overwhelming and you look at a product and assume what you are seeing is what you get this sadly was in my opinion not the case.

While the idea of a 3:1 pillow seems a great idea the zips and poppers on the pillow render it very uncomfortable especially for us women who are shorter and whose knees naturally sit where the zip lies. I have to say I have been massively disappointed by the quality of the product the inner lining is very firm and seems cheap, the middle section is too high to support bump and if you could get your bump on it you risk being poked by the poppers.

Lying on it with my head my ears end up hurting after a period of time because of how firm it is, it is so uncomfortable and on the website it looks really flexible but there is no way I could get this pillow to bend into the folded way you see in pictures.

The worst thing is they refuse returns upon opening the product but yet we had no idea what the product is like unless it’s unpacked this I feel is very unfair, I feel I have now massively wasted my money for a product that on the website looks good and soft and flexible but in reality is extremely firm, inflexible and not at all soft or comfortable.
I am very surprised mums have created and okayed this. Given I’m about to have a baby money is alright tight and to have wasted so much on this is very upsetting.

Honestly don’t waste your money, the zips will hurt your baby as there is no cushioning over them, if you 5’4” or less your gonna end up woken by the zips rubbing your knees. Unless you love a firm pillow and don’t need your bump supported this is not a good pillow, save your money and go with any other pillow.

26/03/24- Update: since writing this review the company have offered to allow me to return the pillow for this reason I have given an extra star. I think with some improvements this could be a very good pillow but personally for me this is not a good option for reasons stated above

Couldn't speak highly enough of the team. We had an issue with first order the delivery driver left it in a poor place causing it to be damaged. I replied and they had the issue resolved and I was sent a new package. Took a week between first order, problem and second order arriving. Top notch will be purchasing from these again.
