STILL waiting for a support person to contact me direct. I don't think it's going to happen and I think the whole company is a scam who just rips people off.
Shame you can't leave a negative response!

ORDERED GLASSES WHEN THEY CAME THAT WERE OF A VERY INFERIOR QUALITY AND WOULD NOT FOCUS AT ALL WHEN TURNING THE KNOBS
I SENT 3 EMAILS TO THE COMPANY ASKING FOR A REFUND AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered a pair of their Dial Vision glasses. They took over 2 weeks to arrive. When they did the glasses were useless, the focus knob was useless. More cheap Chinese Rubbish. When will we learn?

This sham company took my money then totally ignored my emails and phone never gets answered… DO NOT WASTE YIUR MONEY…I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS FOR THE SHAM THEY ARE.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ..

Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I sent of for these glasses. AND now finding out this company was dissolved in 2020? Have made a claim back from my bank & also reported these scammers to Action Fraud.

BEWARE - FRAUD / SCAM company. Yeah, too late now... wished I had read these reviews earlier....
I ordered adjustable focus glasses. When I didn't get any delivery or news for more than a month, I sent an enquiry. Then, they sent me a tracking number for a package shipped by UBI China that was delivered to an address in Essex instead of Sheffield, according to Royal Mail -- our local post office checked the number thrice....
Their support stops responding to you once they've sent you a wrong tracking number....

If I could give 0 stars I would. The company is a scam! I ordered a product from them 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted the customer services team who took weeks to get back to me and then said the item (which unbeknownst to me when ordering was supposedly shipped from China) was with Royal Mail. I've since called Royal Mail and they have confirmed that they haven't received the package. Bella Gadgets have since stopped replying to my emails and conveniently have no customer service agents available when you call them. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing. I strongly urge anyone wanting to purchase a product from them to walk away.

I bought a pair of so called adjustable glasses supposedly long and short distance paid 29 pounds for them ,when they arrived were completely unable to adjust them either way, shoddily made with plastic lenses nose support fell of immediately adjustable setting could hardly move ,told them I was disgusted with them absolute con ,haven't heard back from them .wnash

I have been contacting Bella gadgets but I hear nothing from them.I guess I wasted my money .So terrible, scammers.

Scamming people don't use they take your money then disappear.

I have wasted £ 25 of my nhs wage , which isnt much as a nurse, i wanted comfy shoes but they turned out to be complete tats. Very disappointed

SCAM...DO NOT ORDER. I ordered the "perfect smile veneers", they came after 20 days and I have actually seen better children's Halloween vampire teeth. They were broken and bent. I raised a dispute with PayPal to alert them. Absolute scamming company....

Fraud they not replying email blacked took my money 3 week no information about delivery I am not happy with that company and they keep making people fouls and ripping off people

What a scam!! Been waiting for my purchase for a while. I emailed them and I got a response with message blocked!!! How do these companies get away with it!!

Scam!!! After a bit of research comes under the name of lucygadgets, stevegadgets so beware!!

Total scam this company, take your money, send you a fake tracking number and then block your email. Case open with PayPal to claim money back. Please please please do not buy from here, hopefully the owner of the site will have a terrible accident one day involving just them. KARMA!!!

I ordered goods which they confirmed with an order No. but it seems that it is fictitious. No delivery, no response to emails and blocked emails.
Obviously a scam.
