They overcharged me and when I didn’t willingly allow them to rob me they sent a man up to hammer on my hotel bedroom door and frogmarch me to the ATM. I was using official financial figures from the bank, theirs was nonsense scribbled by hand on a page. Clearly they were lying. Their intimidation left me in fear of my life. They spoke so little English I had to use my phone to translate. They had 2 men stand over me when I was signing the contract with the hospital which was very intimidating. They only did half my operation and gave no reason as to why it wasn’t completed. They were extremely rude, especially the nurses in the hospital, with one of them yelling at me because she was woken from her sleep on the desk in the ward. Another nurse screamed at me not to record her on my phone when I wasn’t even recording her, which I proved on the spot because I was WhatsApping a friend, on a call that was nothing to do with her. I wasn’t even recording because it was clear there was somebody on the other end. Going home they left me on the road outside the Airport and told me to find my own way. My daughter was rushed to hospital after arriving back home to London and is now under the care of the hospital in London. The hospital told her she’s lucky to be alive and will be scarred the length of both arms and across half her body for her entire life. She can no longer wear many types of clothes. I would highly recommend avoiding!!! Unfortunately it won’t let me add the photos I have, which would instantly put you off ever doing business with these people!!!

I was there last week everything was going well. I had my surgery and when I was in hospital, the staff were extremely rude no compassion or care except one Nurse “Delek” she was lovely and kind, always smiling and attentive. this is the most important time and was a big letdown.

I recently done a rhinoplasty and bella clinic were very supportive and attentive. They are quick to respond if help was needed and were very kind and supportive.

I highly recommend contacting the Bella clinic for any surgical procedures in Turkey.

Hi I came from Australia to turkey to do my teeth and a tummy tuck omg let’s talk first of all about the results amazing the doctors made sure I was happy and Bella team where very very helpful from the minute you land in there care they made you feel that you are a human being not an atm machine I’ve had other surgery’s before and tried other clinics but this clinic wow made sure I was comfortable and met all my needs from transport to acomdation to meds and even put up with my nagging really love you guys in the future will be coming back for more surgery’s
