I was referred to this company by a previous patient. The minute I spoke with Joanne, she got the ball rolling, and within three days I had a surgery date. The gentleman that picked us up at the airport and took us across the border knew exactly what he was doing and guided us the whole way to the hospital, was very professional stayed with us until I got checked into my room. The staff at that hospital were awesome, just a little language barrier, but nothing a translator app couldn’t take care of. It’s been five months and one day and I’ve lost 71 pounds. I was able to get off all of my medication. I wish I would’ve known this was available to me many many years ago. I am living my best life as I continue my weight loss journey.

Communication is awesome! The team really spent lots of time with me to answer all my questions and walk me through the process. The hospital was exceptionally clean and everyone was so nice! I felt so comfortable my entire stay. My surgery went great!! This was an amazing experience for me and I highly recommend this team to anyone!!

What really nade my experience helpfully were the nurses that you can call any time and they were very helpful in answering all my questions. Also when it was time for my surgery, I got a cough and the ladies were able to reschedule me. When I got to el paso,tx. I was picked up and taken straight to the hospital. The staff was great, very helpful, answered all my questions. To this day they still call checking up on me. My only regret was not doing this sooner. Thank you belite

Everything was amazing! They made the process very easy and answered all questions with no problems! I would recommend them to anyone trying to lose weight. It was well worth it!

Let me just say, please don’t hesitate with BeLiteWeight in Juarez because it is worth the low cost and care. I have some suggestions, please take another day after surgery before you leave. I had a terrible flight day after surgery to get home. I got sick on the plane with vomiting a tiny bit but the dry heaving was awful. Also, the air/gas is real and the flying does not help that. This lasts the day after surgery and the next day but know it will be rough for about 2 days after but then again everyone is different. Just plan for the worst. Once your passed that it has been smooth sailing. Just follow the doctor’s orders and everything should be great. I wish you luck and hope you make the awesome decision to have WLS with BeLiteWeight. They really are top notch and I am so glad I followed my husband’s footsteps and had this done. Thanks JoAnne, Sofia, and the one who called from San Antonio(your name just left me, so sorry) to check on me. I appreciate you all as well and the Doctors and nurses at Hospital Angeles. Best experience ever. The entire team was very easy to work with. The communication from beginning to end has been outstanding. Everyone is so nice. The trip was easy and well planned. The hospital was very nice and their entire staff was beyond nice and helpful. The room was big and my mother was well cared for as well as myself. Getting back and forth across the border was easy. The surgeon is very easily reachable for any questions and concerns. It was a very easy process and the best decision I made.

I had a wonderful experience. No matter how many questions I had, they were answered promptly. And whenever I needed help with something, the staff was eager to help. Everything was taken care of in a polite and professional manner.

I'm one week in and this group has been phenomenal. They even sent me vitamin patches in the mail. The hospital staff was amazing and so kind.
