You emailed us regarding a size exchange on New Years Eve when our offices were closed, our out of office notified any emails received that we were closed and reopened on the 4th. Your email was responded to on our office opening again on the 4th with the size requested held for you, we have tried to contact you via a web form today in the hope you receive this email as we suspect your spam filter may be capturing our communication.
