Betrüger!! Ich habe Sachen für 95 Euro bestelt für mein Sohn, seit 2 Monaten keine Ware keine Antwort auf mail 2 Monaten und kein Cent zurück. Anzeige wird heute noch bei der Polizei gemacht! Leute Finger weg. Das sind Betrüger

Achtung: Ich habe im Dezember 2025 4 Teile bei Belleza bestellt. Ausgeliefert wurde lediglich ein Teil. Auf Email wird nicht geantwortet. Ich empfehle, auf keinen Fall dort zu bestellen.

I paid for the products (4) in full, only 2 product arrived and they were of very bad quality, totally different from what the picture was. the return policy was not permitted! they offered store credit and reimbursement of 40% from the total price. I refused and they emailed 'see you later'! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLATFORM!

BEFORE ordering 11/6/2025 I checked that this was a registered UK company.(this is a front for a Chinese fraudulent operation). I ordered 2 jackets in June and both arrived and were of poor quality and much smaller than an average UK size. not wearable for me.
after numerous emails I returned both jackets to difference addresses in China sending proof of postage.
numerous emails told me they were looking at the refund.
Today 5/1/2026 I had both jackets returned to me from China.
I have now paid for jackets which do not fit and terrible quality but also postage to china.

I ordered a raincoat that was advertised as waterproof. It was supposed to be coming from France. The delivery date was supposed to have been within four days, but once I had paid, the delivery date turned into three weeks and it was coming from China. When the raincoat
arrived, it was not at all waterproof and looks nothing like the photo on the website. It had cotton threads that I had to cut off and has loose cotton and bits attached everywhere. To return this item I would have to pay almost half of what it cost and instead, I got offered a 50% discount on a next purchase. Do not order from this company at all.

Please don't waste your time with this company nothing but a sore head you could purchase the same items on Ebay at a lot less than half the price anything the have with a brand name is fake supposed to be based in Holland but to make a return its to go to China to top it off they have 21 items on the site

Please avoid this company. I had ordered dress back in May,it came from China ,like really bad quality. I have asked if I can return it,they said yes. I have paid for postage and now after almost half year the dress came back to my address because they refused to collect it from post office!!!

I dont think there is anything more to add that hasnt already been said. DO NOT EVER buy from this organisation. They are Thieves. Please look after your hard earned money and dont throw it away to these crooks like I did. I never read the reviews which I am really regretting now but too late for me. Dont make my mistake.

Garment very poor quality and despite saying they would take returns they were unwilling to do so and ceased responding to any communications.

I wish id read these reviews before I spent over £200 on an outfit for a wedding and holiday i needed all of the items for. This all started in July. The quality is dreadful, really cheaply made and nothing like the photos. I asked to return all items, but as they had come in 5 packages they had to be sent back separately! This went backwards and forwards in emails for months while they offered me money and free items for compensation! This was hard finding the time to do working in a full time job in an office. When I kept to my guns about returning the items they gave me 5 addresses in China to return the items that when I went to the post office would have cost about as much as the items! In the end I had to take the 40% offer they gave me that I still haven't received. Something needs to be done for scams like this, you lose lots of money and have the stress of having to still buy items for an event still.

Absolutely terrible experience. I thought this store was based in the UK, but it’s not. The order took almost two months to arrive, and the product was disgusting — awful smell, shoddy packaging, and appalling quality. Customer service was useless and demanded outrageously high return shipping. Avoid this store at all costs.

i am appalled! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! I have asked for a refund so many times, and now they aren't answering emails or phone calls. i am now reporting to my bank and the ombudsman as fake company. i am so angry i want them sued and struck off!!!!

If your are thinking of buying anything from this shower of charlatans then please be ready to be disappointed.
Ripped-off is the only way to describe my experience. The item you eventually receive (after a long wait) will be of the poorest quality possible. Don't be fooled like me and others. There is no returns policy. They are making money out of utter tat. Robbing us blind. They should be closed down.

Ordererd sandels cost me £59 when arrived cheap and tacky not fit for purpose , cheap pretend leather paper thin ,buckle fell off when taken out of box. made it difficult to return ,would have cost £35 to return. no money back wanted to credit me but i dont want anymore crap from them so took the loss and through them out

On the picture the clothes look expensive like linen and chiffon.
So I paid nearly £40 for a top
When I reviewed it it was cheap.material and poor style too .Went straight into charity bag
They were kind enough to order new products instead of refund.
But they were of no use
Poor quality
Advertised as linen but it was cheapest cotton

Shocking company. They have no refund policy, kept trying to sell me more crap instead of accepting return. I finally got a returns address in China. I won’t be adding to co2 emissions so I have reluctantly accepted their 50% refund offer. Very pissed off
