Very very bad customer service, tried to contact them on Instagram account , emails, and wrote reviews here and still getting no answers!! And they don’t even have a phone number!!! I need to know where is my order and why I haven’t received it yet! When I ordered it said it’ll takes about 5 days to be delivered but it’s been now TWO WEEKS!!!!! Could u just tell me when I will receive it or how can I cancel the order??? Never ordering again!!! You need to get a BETTER customer service and RESPOND to your CUSTOMERS.

I was worried when I saw some negative reviews, but very happy I tried Belenik. The prices were so much cheaper than anywhere else (half price is some cases). For piece of mind I paid on Paypal becuase of their purchase protection, and also chose to use the DHL shipping option, which turned out to be free because I spent over $200! The items were delivered less than a week after I ordered them

This is re order no. 1613193222 dated February 12,2021, very unreliable. have not received any confirmation or tracking number so far Feb 18, 2021.
Plse refund me for the amount of $76.27 which is including shipping amount for $21.00. Very very unreliable. I have also sent you messages through messenger but have Not received any reply. This makes me to think that you are a fake and scam site.

Horrible experience buying online!!! Hidden charges with shipping and import fees that were only displayed AFTER I payed online. I immediately cancelled my order according to Belenik's instructions, however they shipped it anyway, charged me and refuse to communicate with the courier service to accept the return of a product that I NEVER received!!!!! Don't be scammed buying from them.

Great services, fast processing, great prices and relatively fast delivery

Received item, it was delayed by postal services, so that took a total of 28 days, I had also opted for the cheaper service. Belenik appears to be a legitimate service, they also stock products like the psoriasis shampoo I bought that I cannot get anywhere near Oceania. Packaging was good and it also came with little extras. Much appreciated and have edited my review to reflect my experience. The price point is also good and they ship as far as New Zealand for less than $20 which is fantastic.

Paid more than I paid for my product to have the item delivered within 1-3 days. I placed my order early Sunday and I just got an email saying it’s been shipped (3 days after). But it hasn’t been even shipped! They just created a shipping label. If I knew this whole fast shipping was a scam I would have never ever paid that much for express shipping. Reading the reviews below I doubt I will get my order; but I will keep you posted!

Belenik is a legit online company. My item was shipped on 11Jan and i received it on 25Jan despite Covid-19 delays. And they have the best prices!

Here is an update on my order that was placed on the 19th of December: I still did not receive it!
I asked for a refund but did not even receive a response from them. I am unable to track the package anywhere.
Belenik - I demand my money back immmediately!

This is the worst retailer experience I have ever had. No response to my dozens of emails for weeks. Only after hounding them on social media did they respond with nothing other than useless links and a snarky attitude. No refund, no nothing. If I could give -5 stars I would. My parcel was never registered anywhere, and they tried to blame it on my national post (who also have no record of the parcel)

I received an email on the 15/12 saying that my order has been shipped and since that i didn't receive anything and nobody is answering my emails, tickets or dm on social media. I dont recommend at all
