100% scam. They did not send me what I ordered. The sent a random bathing suit made for a giant in a crazy color. Then offered me 15% back with no option of ever getting that I ordered. They have cute things on the website with no intention of sending them and perhaps never even had them in stock. Last time I fall for a Pinterest ad. 🫠

I was looking through the beautiful clothes they show to buy and was wondering where you can actually find the clothes they show? There must be a company that makes them or they could be photoshopped. I would like to buy some of the really nice clothes they show! I have ordered from the companies from China and it’s always a total scam. They sent me nothing that I ordered and when I tried to send it back it cost me $60 and after two months they sent me back the same package I sent back to them! Be very wary of the clothes from China! Always check the reviews before you lose your hard earned money!💰🤔

I ordered a pair of jeans that suppose to a floral print on the bottom of the right leg. The item I received I had plaid patches all over the jeans absolutely not what I ordered. I send them an email and they told me i had to pay for shipping to return a wrong item they sent me. After ive already paid for shipping to receive the item. The jeans cost almost $60 so not cheap at and all and they won't accept responsibility for there mistake. To make matters worst that offered a 15% refund and i could keep the wrong item. Oh i forgot to mention that there was no button hole for the jeans button to go into. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUD

Dit is een frauduleuze website met oplichters. Het jasje dat ik heb besteld is wel aangekomen, maar het leek nauwelijks op wat op de website werd getoond: een totaal andere snit en een andere stof. Toen ik het wilde terugsturen en mijn geld terug wilde krijgen, is dit gebeurd Ik heb 60 euro betaald en na veel moeite om een terugbetaling te krijgen, heb ik slechts 10 euro teruggekregen. Niet doen!!!

Instead of getting the quality advertised product, i got some cheap, really cheap stupid chinese imitation made probably from recycled plastic. And i obviously payed for the quality staff

Great quality hoodie I love wearing it wherever I go. So warm and stylish. It fits me just right and I love wearing it with pajamas because it is so comfortable. Would recommend to anyone to buy it.

I purchased a dress from Beihailx on 10/16/2025. The item I received looks nothing like what was advertised on their website. The dress I ordered was supposed to be blue with a specific print and fit, but the item I received is black, has a completely different pattern, and does not resemble the photos online.

When I contacted the seller to request a return, they provided a return address in China and admitted in writing that “it is unlikely the merchandise will make its way back” to them. They offered me a 20% refund, which I declined, and I requested a full refund instead. I also stated I would pay the shipping costs to return the incorrect item, as that seemed fair.

The company refused, saying they would only issue a refund once the item is received — despite acknowledging that returns often don’t reach them.

Absolutely scam. Nothing like what you ordered.

Terrible customer service! I place an order, then realized it probably wouldn't arrive before my vacation. (There's no place on the website that implies this stuff is coming from China. It says it after you place the order. ) I sent an email THE SAME DAY and several others, asking to cancel my order that was still pending. Finally got back to me several days later... after the order was processed. Long story short, the items did arrive over a month later, while I was on my vacation.

I had ordered 5 different bathing suits which looked super cute on the website. They are terrible! Cheap looking and ugly!

Now have to fight with a company in China that takes several days to respond to any emails. Plus pay for shipping to get the order back to them.

Terrible scam company, ordered two dresses in different designs. Received two dresses completely different to the designs I ordered and the fabric was cheap and nasty not the cotton that was on the model picture. Gave me the runaround for months no refund, no intentions to send me the correct designs. Terrible scam artists DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They completely lied about what the shirt looked like and what I got.
I have the pictures but I can’t attach them. It’s a disgrace. Then when you try to return it it’s so expensive. They they offer you 20% to go away.

I would give this a negative star review if I could. They advertise cotton and linen products, but all three of the items I ordered were 100% polyester! One dress didn't even look like the dress they advertised. Worst of all, when I tried to send them back, they offered a 15% refund instead. Don't waste your money!

C'est la première fois que la taille des vêtements s'adapte parfaitement.Les tissus sont agréables,et après les avoir repassé sont très doux et tiennent bien.

Do not buy there. Instead of the promised 100%cotton you get 100%polyester and thé dress doe's not look loke thé picture at all. I know how thé dress should look because a Friend hast thé original, which they use only for thé photos! All you get is
Cheap crap and you will only loose money! Return Policy Most complicated so nobody will send stuff back. Never again!

The dress I bought looks nothing like the model in the picture. It resembles an oversized t-shirt—cheap and tacky, not even close to the "elegant but fun" vibe shown online. Also, the material is misleading: it's listed as a cotton blend, but the tag says 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Very disappointing.
