Placed an order based on the advertisement that shipping would be 3 to 5 days
Bees pushed the date back two different times, then informed me that a third date would be determined but never got back to me
They did bill my credit card for $3,600 . I contacted them and was told that the light fixtures would not ship for another 3 months
A told them my customer couldn’t wait that long and I would have to cancel the order
I’ve never heard back

I got screwed due to false information…
I got screwed due to false information on the website. A product that had a part number for a 10pack and in the product description it stated it was a 10pack. So I ordered 4 with the intent of receiving 40 units (4 ten packs). When it arrived it received 4 individual units. The biggest problem is the product was 6 weeks out. Now I’m another 6 weeks to reorder the additional units I need. So now I am responsible for delay of project and could be fined for it.

However and just to get your project going, do you think you might be able to use the rough-in kit. We have stock and we can get it to you farily quick and match the price. We had an issue with FedEx where they had lost our package and Bees Lighting sent us a replacement.
They customer service is very attentive and solve issues in a timely manner.

Great Light for Yard Lamp Post
Was able to find what I needed on Bees. My local home improvement stores didn't have much of a variety. I needed a new light for my yard lamp post. The website was simple and straight forward. Purchasing was easy and the light was exactly as advertised.

Great selection, value, and customer service
Bees Lighting had the best value and selection of any vendor for the product I needed. After having issues with the light once it arrived, the customer service helped me resolve them in a timely manner. Now the light looks and works great. I will definitely return to Bees for my lighting needs.

Extremely poor business acumen
Their website allows customers to purchase " nolonger available" products .( most competitor's websites wont allow this ) And rather than place your funds on hold like most businesses until product ships, this company deposits your funds then several days later sends you an email stating..oh so sorry the product you ordered is nolonger available and it willl take 5 to 7days to process your refund.
It's 2023 folks and their website is woefully antiquated...dont let customers buy a nolonger available product and then make the customer wait 5 to 7 days for a refund.
Most websites wont allow this customer experience to happen
