Product never arrived and customer service and email do not work once the purchase is complete.

As the other reviewers have said. Took my money and no goods or response. Scam company with scam tracking.
Lost my money and Instagram who hosted their ad don’t want to know 🤷🏻‍♂️

Absolutely rubbish. Ordered from them, the package got lost, sent another and that has miraculously disappeared also and zero response from customer service. Appalling.

Total scam, fake tracking, fake courier, no replies to emails, no refunds. If these guys pop up again in the future then avoid them at all costs, costs to you that is. Their website has been taken down, so I guess I’m out of pocket. Complete criminal scammers that need to be locked up for this

So as everyone has said, this is a scam, looks legit with website and facebook advertising, take you money but send nothing. I even got contacted to say there was a delay in shipping, do you want refund. Said yes then blanked. No contact, ingnoring mails and NO REFUND. Really not sure how they get away with it in this day and age, FB have enough report of the scam to take the off there platform.

Avoid like the plague they are scam they emailed to say could have refund or would re ordered tracking infor state error on delivery stopped at customs and so forth never will I use these cowboys again absolutely disgusting just wish I had read trust pilot before ordering absolute steer clear

I ordered a Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max display from Beedisplay in October, advertised with a 15–22 day lead time. We are now in mid-December and the item has still not arrived.

When trying to investigate the delay, I found it extremely difficult to track or communicate with the company:

Tracking links on the website do not work

Shopify tracking does not update and links to a non-existent store

There is no clear or responsive customer service contact

No way to view order status or shipment progress

The lack of transparency and communication has been very concerning. After reading similar experiences from other customers, I now have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this operation.

At the time of writing, I have not received the product nor any meaningful update, despite payment being taken.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

As others have said, this is a scam.

I had a different experience to the other reviewers in that they did respond to my emails. They told me the package had been lost and they would redeliver.

I was given a new tracking number, again with MetaExpress and could see the new shipment was on it's way!
The interesting thing is that every single update to the items journey happened at precisely the same time of day as my first shipment. Literally to the second.

Their MetaExpress tracking is fake. They generate a tracking number and set off the fake sequence to give you the idea it is making it's way through the system. Of course there is no item. It's just a ploy to delay the inevitable chargeback giving them time to move the money elsewhere.

Please avoid!

Scam! they said they dispatched from Taiwan and facilitate delivery via Meta express ( Bangladesh) After over 2 weeks did not receive my display I paid £49.99 for. No one answers the email

This is a scam, the products do not exist and will not be shipped. Given a fake tracking number for a company called 'Meta Express' which has now gone dead. In the process of getting my money back from my bank.

SCAM! Avoid and report to trading standards and the police.

It’s a scam. Sadly I have to agree with the other post. I ordered the multiscreen at the end of October. There is no phone number and after emails and messaging on FB, still no response. The tracking is through meta express so limited information. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

Beedisplay is a scam. Stay away. The goods never arrive, and emails are never responded to. The company's physical address is fake. It claims to share the same address with a university in London.
