The service i received from bed universe was excellent. The quality of my bed is absolutely fantastic and such a good price tag on it too.
I would highly recommend Bed Universe and will use them again in future.

Looks much more expensive for the price. Seems very sturdy as well. The delivery was in 7 days without any hassle too. I would definitely recommend Bed Universe.

The bed is lovely. However my bed arrived faulty with no instructions and a headboard without predrilled holes. The bolt also would not screw in.
Customer service were awful in sorting this situation and just kept referring me to the instructions on YouTube. I wouldn’t buy from this company again and definitely wouldn’t recommend

I had one lovely bed with no issues. Second bed has support bracket in the wrong place or the support beam was not cut straight resulting in a noisy bed due to some of the slats not sitting flat. Customer service was very poor they stated it does not affect the support or integrity of the bed & are now not replying to my emails. Great company if all goes well, if not don't expect it to be resolved
